Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

Just a couple of things are outdated only minor like the kettle and toaster.
It had everything for an excellent holiday. The location is fantastic for shopping and eating out.

It would have been nice to find a bottle of water when we arrived, the fridge was empty, and we had to go to the supermarket straight away If the property has a pool, I believe they should offer beach towel to the guests to use during their stay Considering we didn’t know about that, and we had small suitcases, the 6 of us had to buy beach towels.
The property was spotlessly clean, very quiet, lovely pool area, great attention to detail, great decor. It was 10 minutes walk from Alcudia, a wonderful village full of restaurants and coffee shops. Vittoria was a wonderful host.

Nothing really was bad, the only advice we have is to renew the poolbeds in the future. But overall everything was perfect!
What we liked the most was the peacefull surrounding of the villa. Very near to beautifull Alcudia old town, 10 minutes walk. We loved the pool and inside+outside kitchen. We also liked the loungesets very much, very comfortable. We really enjoyed our time in the villa. The day we arrived it was the birthday of our father. Victoria and Maria arranged a birthdaycake (and a bottle of cava) waiting for us in the fridge. Thanks a lot again for arranging this, we appreciate it a lot!

The pool was very cold, but to be expected when travelling in April :-) no reflection at all on the villa just an observation, and like the sea, once you were in it you soon got used to it :-)
Absolutely amazing villa in a superb location, all the beds were really comfy and the living space was perfect for 4 adults an 8 year old and a very active 18 month old. The outside areas were again perfect, with a lovely area at the front of the villa away from the pool that my 18 month little boy loved exploring. The privacy around the pool is brilliant as is the size of the pool. It's just an all round brilliant villa

The villa was very spacious with areas for everyone to enjoy being together or having quiet time on their own. We all enjoyed the pool and the outside space. The villa was very well equipped and had everything we needed. Alcudia old town was a 10-15 minute walk away and was a lovely place to spend a few hours with its many restaurants, bars, ice cream parlours and historical buildings.

They charge extra payment for the aircon.The sunbeds outside was very dirty.

Amazing villa. All bedrooms large and bright. All bathrooms had great showers. The kitchen and dining area really modern and clean, with lovely bi-fold doors. Outside area beautiful, both out the back and the front. Host couldn't have been more helpful and responsive when we texted her with a minor issue during our stay. Great location. Just over 10 minute walk to old town and restaurants. We will definitely be back.

Really clean and modern. The kitchen and living area inside is open plan so great for socialising. The terrace outside has comfortable sofas to relax on if you want shade during the day or for a few drinks at night and beside this is an outside dining table. The Villa has an outside kitchen in addition to the indoor one which is a massive plus. Another dining table is next to this and next to the build in BBQ. It also has an outdoor toilet which is perfect for kids running in and out of the pool. The table tennis was a nice addition. The Villa is only a 10 minute stroll into old Alcudia town so even with kids is an easy walk to a supermarket and restaurants.

We needed to provide our own cleaning products which were necessary for a longer stay.
Beautiful villa, spacious bedrooms and lovely clean bathrooms for each room. Pool and garden was gorgeous. The area is fantastic - peaceful and picturesque. Very easy walk to alcudia historic centre and a lovely coastal walk.
