Although overall the place was clean and taken care of, I was surprised that in our 3-day stay nobody came to clean the room. Honestly I don’t mind the towels, because I don’t change them every day at home either, but they could have emptied the bin at least. What I found strange is that there was no massage during the weekend. They offered somewhere external though. It probably because we were off season.

Nice family location, far away from the party places. The kids facilities are really nice. We arrived at 10pm. I know Spain very well and I thought for sure they have dinner, but shockingly the dinner closed at 9pm, which is totally unusual for Spain. They completely adapted to German times. But they had some sandwiches prepared. They prepared some balloons and cava for my sister’s birthday and they were very attentive. Staff in general was very nice. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices.

We loved absolutely everything about this hotel. The beach near the hotel is one of the best I’ve ever seen. Stuff was super nice and helpful. They are so kind with kids! The best entertainment for kids was a big bubble in the main pool. They were jumping on it all day long. Perfect place for families!

Our balcony didn’t get any sun Morning to night I would have liked to have the option to sit on the balcony in the afternoon but it was shaded. I liked everything else about the place

the location, middle of nowhere really. Needed a car as bus service was expensive each day for 5 of us. car hire at Vanrell was cheap for the week and great to get about.

great hotel, facilities etc, pools great kids clubs. near the beach. i would only go October as I imagine busy in the summer. Mosquitoes ruined the trip as far too many in that area.

We had a great stay at the Bahia. The beach directly behind the hotel is amazing!! The pools are really good and the kids loved them. The shows are quite good and our kids (6 & 8) really enjoyed them.

Food could always be improved, but it was generally good anyway. The outside of the apartment buildings should be updated.

the cleaning staff did a half job with the room clean (this was addressed when we gave feedback), hotel hadn’t organized our airport taxi despite sending through a confirmation. We waited at the airport 1.5 hours longer than needed. the room we were in the 1st 3 nights was opposite a stage for the hotel next door. it was very noisy, though they were able to move us after the 3rd night. we have a child who wakes a lot during the night so this meant we even got less sleep!

The food offering for breakfast and dinner is fantastic, fresh and plenty of choice. The staff are always superb and so willing to help. The location is perfect for us, a short walk from Alcudia.

Our room (1205) smelt quite damp and fousty. I didn’t like the big tiles that were just placed in the shower - ours was wobbly and felt like you were going to fall through the drain!! We weren’t overly keen on the Playa de Muro beach as there were no water sports so we spent most days getting a taxi to Alcudia beach where there was much more going on and more fun for the kids. Apart from that I was happy with everything at the hotel.

Lots of pools to choose from. The children (both 10) spent a lot of time on the inflatable bouncy thing in the pool. Communal areas and dining are were clean. Lots of entertainment.

Amazing hotel for staying with kids. Lots of entertainment for children, most of people staying there were with children. It has a nice playground that our kid loved, plus 2 swimming pools with child slides and other attractions, in addition to normal pools. Also, great child entertainment programs and nice evening shows.

snack bar food was not good it could have been better , Spain is famous with delicous food but not in snack bar , But dinner buffet was good. other than that all was ok for what you pay.

When we checked in took the key saw the room , it was the further room to the beach and pool so I asked a bit closer room, second receptionist suggested me side see view room basically nothing to see and Seaview was very little but we accepted it we had little argument with her bc it took one hour to get the room but they said sorry and invited us to dinner to make up this argument with her, I think that was very nice, the beach is very close but weather was not good so it was so many seaweed so we couldn't swim. The pool has one inflatable mountain so kids enjoyed it a lot. there were kids club they made pool games for kids.the town had bike race , it made our us stuck to hotel, we were not very happy so contact and be sure about not to have any race in that holiday.
