Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Room was very nice. Clean. The location was incredible, located less than 5 minutes walk from the main train station and also less than a minute from the metro station and trams.

Location was perfect, 5 mins walk from the main train station. Plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. Easy contactless check-in, nicely fitted room, very comfy bed. We didn't use the shared kitchen as we were eating out, but it looked nice and well equipped.

JapanTo throw gages at the day of checkout. Too hot inside right now. They said they are using the central hearting systems but finally I found the fun in my room. So that somehow I can manage the temperature in the room.
Best place without too expensive fee. The inside is clean and there are so many basic travel items in the room and shared kitchen.

Cozy small place, clean. You get some small perks like nice ground coffee and chocolate in your room, as well as a gym access. We liked the large communal kitchen which even had free essentials like milk or even instant porridge and we saw old fruits were getting replaced and the kitchen cleaned. There is also a laundry room and a luggage storage room- all accessible with your room code. There is no staff on site apart from the cleaners but there is a quick WhatsApp support. Location is perfect - very central and close to the station. There is a supermarket which is open until 10pm just downstairs (entry through the metro).

If you are staying in Helsinki for any reason, I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is clean, the location is perfect. There is a sincere note ready for you when you enter the room, there is coffee and chocolate, there is even a Helsinki bag. Iron, ironing board and hair dryer are available. Thank you for everything.

The breakfast was great, very fresh, with lots of choices and healthy options. The shared kitchen was well equipped and clean. The basics provided meant there was always food to eat. Travellers left food for the next people to arrive. I love the idea of passing on and not wasting food.

Easy check-in. User-friendly app with all the necessary information at your disposal. The staff is very responsive on whatsapp. When you ask them a question, they immediately reply. Beautiful and very clean room, lovely Scandinavian furniture, nicely decorated. We especially liked the magnetic board with the information and the gadgets, like the instax camera, which was a very nice extra touch. Good beds. The room is well isolated, no street noise. You get the privacy of an apartment combined with the luxury of a hotel.
