Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomFree of charge parking for disabled guests which I was surprised about, but most certainly welcome. Car park is accessible with lifts. Compliments to the young lady serving behind the bar, a total character, with pleasant humorous chat and an asset to the hotel. Note to management: You have a manager in the making here if you offer training and career progression. I would also add, although travelling by car, the number 2 tram stops outside, and Pasila/ Bole station and the Mall of Tripla is less than 10 minutes walk away.

The personalized greeting on the TV upon arrival was a warm and welcoming surprise. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety. The location was convenient for attending a concert at Böle Arena, which was a plus for us, making it a breeze to get there and back.

The staff been extremely friendly and great! Its really next to the Böle Arena so perfect for a concert there. And next to the Pasila/ Böle train saloon. Which very close to the main train station in Helsinki or not that far from the airport.

It was next to the Messukeskus, therefore visiting the boatfair was supereasy and we didn’t even need to take our coats with us. Enjoyed the lobby bar with a delicious pizza.
