The air conditioning in the room could have been better - I couldn't get the room below 21c, but I understand that the weather was unusually hot for the time of the year! Aside from that, everything was excellent.

I had a small studio and it was actually perfectly sized. The in-room kitchen area is good (the oven is a little convection oven/microwave) but there is a bigger one downstairs in the communal area. The bathroom is small, but has a good sized space beside the sink to place towels and toiletries. The shower is compact but very good - just watch out as the water can go past the screen! There was coffee and green tea, with some little long-life milk things. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. There is a little 'service station' on each floor which contains an ironing board and clothes iron if you need it - these are really quite good. You use your keycard to open the lockers they are kept in. The location is great as the building is immediately beside the train station and is a 5 minute walk from a big Prisma supermarket which sells groceries, toiletries, home goods, and basic clothing items. It was quiet (I was on floor 11) and comfortable. The city centre is around 15 minutes by train, and I'd definitely choose to stay here again when I return as I feel it's better value for money than a hostel in the city centre, and is exceptionally clean. They also have a laundry room and workspaces if you need it!

A brilliant find - new, clean, quiet, right next to the Malmi train and bus station. The communal facilities are great with a shared kitchen (in addition to the kitchenette in my studio), well equipped gym, sauna, pool table and we even borrowed a couple of bikes for one of the days of our stay. Would definitely come back to stay here on my next visit to Helsinki if available.

No TV in the room, lacking the purpose of entertainment in the room if you want to watch some news or anything in the evening.

Convenient location, right beside the Malmi Train Station. Clean Room and Value for money. Self Check-in was easy and straight forward. Clean Bathroom and shower with heated floor was great. Overall a pleasant stay in Malmi.

The bathroom wasnt cleaned as well as I had hoped, and there were black hairs on the floor & dust around the shower door.

The location is great, right next to a train station on the main line to Helsinki and the airport. The room has everything I needed, and I could borrow the rest for free. Being able to do laundry and go to the gym are amazing extras.

The bed was a little uncomfortable as it's made from two single beds joined together with a noticeable gap in the middle. I had to align myself to one side of the bed and cannot stay in the middle.

The double bed was two single beds pushed together which was uncomfortable. Moreover we were given just one small blanket for two people which sucked. Wouldve enjoyed if more attention would be payed into comfortability when sleeping as a hotel type of property. Also at least one extra toilet paper roll would be nice.

Modern facilities, loved the own kitchen and clean environment with nice communal areas.

Navigating from the train was a bit difficult for a first timer. Pillows were too thick for my taste

Location was great, right next to the railway. Room was really well equipped with freezer, fridge, kettle, full kitchen utensils etc. Sauna was great! Friendly staff as well who replaced my lost keycard free of charge. I like the lounge area and shared spaces as well. The general amenities were amazing. I met some people who live in the hotel temporarily and they like it as well.
