You must expressly ask for daily room cleaning in advance- and even if we did we had to follow up as no cleaning was done by the time we got back in the evening

Fantastic location, walking distance from all main attractions. Huge shoutout to all reception and restaurant staff who were incredibly kind, helpful and professional- I cannot thank them enough for their impeccable service.

Great location at 5 min walk from the main train station and in the pedestrian area. But despite the location at the heart of the city, the hotel is very quiet even at the first floor (or second floor if you are from the US). The staff is great and very responsive. I needed an early breakfast one day and was very happy with the provided package. The regular breakfast is also really good and you have all the regular options (savoury and sweet). The hotel is really modern with a great design. The gym is small but good enough. The room (although different from the one booked) was well furnished and comfortable.

I found the Safe to be on the smaller side, I couldn't fit my laptop in there.

Upon arrival I was greeted by the lovely Pinja. I did request a quiet room with my booking, as I was in town for the Helsinki Half Marathon. I did double check this and was given a room change to the 7th floor away from the lifts and the bar beneath the hotel. I slept peacefully. The room was on the smaller side, but perfect for me. Quiet air con, black out curtains and tea and coffee facilities. The location was perfect, a short walk from the main train station and right near cafes & bars and the harbour for sightseeing etc. Breakfast was on the busier side but it's the best selection ive seen at any hotel in a while. The fruit and smoothies were amazing (you can order omelettes and avocado on toast, but these incur an additional charge) Overall I had a brilliant stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Another shout out to Pinja, she is a real credit to the hotel and a fabulous reception, thanks for the chat.

The hotel is Nice, well decorated, clean and the amenties are of good quality The service was perfect, they arranged an early breakfast bag for me in the weekend and made sûre that I had a room in the most calm part of the hotel as I was there for a sport compétition Location is perfect as well Awesome stay

The staff was lovely and upgraded us a junior suite because we were on our honeymoon trip, everything was better than we’re expected, the room was spacious, the location was in the center of city, walking distance to any famous attractions, breakfast with variety of choices, will definitely stay here again next time.

Everything was fabulous

This is a fantastic hotel and would highly recommend it. It’s right in the centre with shops, restaurants and bars at the doorstep. The bedrooms are very large with lovely lighting and very comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom is great with all toiletries supplied. The breakfast is the best I have ever experienced in a hotel with lots of choice and options. This was our second time to stay at Solo Sonos and will hopefully stay again in our future visits to Helsinki

The room is very welcoming. It is clean and spacious, and the bed is comfortable. The shampoo, conditioner, and body lotions, bar fridge, and kettle are a plus. The food is superb. The location is centrally located, walkable to everything. The staff is friendly and helpful and accommodating. This hotel is probably one of the best in town!

It was very hot in the room and the a/c was not enough to cool it down after being exposed to direct sunlight for a day (as the curtains were drawn); the already very weak a/c needs to be activated every hour, and after a whole night the room was still much warmer than outside…

Super friendly and welcoming staff; I am checking in and out of this hotel multiple times within 3 weeks, and on the 3rd time there was a lovely handwritten note, a large bar of chocolates, and 2 handmade bathbombs to welcome me back! The staff were helpful and very nice as always

I was asked to announce my breakfast time the night before, which caused a little bit of stress. The breakfast staff served coffee and tea at the tables but awkwardly came to ask for my choice just when I was already serving myself from the machine.

The room was small but very comfortable and well equipped. Great bed and high-quality toiletries. Average breakfast with some highlights. Kind staff.

Spacious and clean rooms. Perfect central location surrounded by restaurants and 5 minutes walk to the railway station. Nice breakfast. Very good wifi.

The house keeping service had to be ordered and it didn’t came eventually so I have to request new towels myself. Sauna opening hours is too short and not make known to guests until I asked at the reception.

I was able to check in when I arrived at about 12 noon. The breakfast was great varieties. Nice location near train and boat, comfortable room with rituals toiletries. The hotel also has rooftop sauna which I didn’t know until arrived. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful with a smile always.

there’s no desk in the room, which I found a bit inconvenient as I was travelling for work.

lovely breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable beds. rooms and bathroom are on the smaller side but have a nice feel. The hotel itself is rather big but has a calm, relaxed atmosphere and never comes across as busy or loud. Location is excellent.
