Nothing really, it was a very nice hostel.

Hostel is very well located. Bars and restaurants nearby but it isn't noisy in the hostel itself. The layout of the hostel is really nice with a relaxed and comfy communal area in the middle that makes it very easy to meet new friends. I was travelling solo but met some great people from this hostel and had such a great time in Helsinki with them. Everything is really clean, decent kitchen area. Beds are comfy and have power sockets and lamps at each bed.

The stay: The room is an all-female 6 bedder. Clean and Spacious. Shared amenities/ areas are: 1) Bathrooms: 2 in 1 shampoo-body wash provided... There are quite a few to manage the no. of guests living in the space. 2) Toilets itself are seperated. Also quite a few to manage the no. of guests living in the space. 3) Kitchen... 4) Common area to watch tv, read books and eat. The space is cozy and clean. 5) Luggage storage area as long as u return before 8pm. Service: I checked in rather late and it was nice that the staff emailed and also via the booking platform, the 2 pins needed to enter the premise. Self checked in by following the necessary instructions. Location wise: Very central. 10mins walk from the railway. Lifts to get u to the level its on.

- There is a weekly updated "whats on/ recommendations board" at reception with lovely ideas, insights and fun events taking place around the city. - The communal area is set up to accommodate a nice social atmosphere. - The team is super friendly, professional and helpful. - The location could not have been better.

Great place for hanging out with fellow travelers. Very central! Rooms and bathrooms were clean and the bed was comfy. There was also place to store your stuff under the bed - which I found very handy!

The property was hard to find. When I arrived it was a Saturday late at night and the street was crowded since there were few night clubs. There was no sign of the hostel on the road. Very difficult to locate

The property was very neat and clean and provided slippers and shoes were kept at the entrance. Nice kitchen and clean toilets. The front desk lady was very helpful. Nice lounge area

Finish people are so shy!

Very lovely location. Just downstairs for a lot of drinking establishments but they didn't make a lot of street noise. If you continue across the main boulevard and around the block was a much nicer area very close by f or evening activities. Also super close to the Rex museum which was great! And the public library is not to be missed.

Everything! I arrived very late at midnight. As a solo female traveler I was initially very concerned, but unfortunately the airline changed the flight schedule and I was left with no choice. The hostel staff provided a very detailed instruction on how to get to the hostel from train station, and assured the safety in Helsinki. I was very impressed- the instruction is super clear, easy to follow, and also the hostel is quite close to train station, and the whole area is very safe, and it’s busy area too, so still quite some folks/travelers walking at midnight . Also the hostel is very efficient, checkin instructions is clear too. Nice common area, etc

The hostel vibe was really quiet. Which is good for resting in the night. But even during the day, the common room was used for smart working, which was not helping the socialisation with the other people. Also, a common breakfast would have helped create connections and a good vibe. Also, the lockers of the room are super noisy. Every time someone was opening and closing the door, it felt like an alarm clock who woke up every one in the room.

The location was great, well connected with everything. The hostel was beautiful and clean. Room very comfortable.

The quantity of shower room and toilet is quite limited, which getting "busy" during "peak hour" in the morning and night. The toilet bowl is too close to the wall, which is a bit uncomfortable.

There are hangers available at the wall of each bed, which is quite different as compared to other dormitory hostels. There are 4 quantity of sockets for each bed which is really great.
