Honestly couldn’t name a thing I would change, was all perfect

Everything about the place was amazing. Tracy was so friendly and chatty from when we arrived and all the way through our stay. The flat is lovely and has everything you could possibly need like cooking supplies and utensils. Honestly everything! It was so nicely decorated as well and feels so homely we didn’t even want to leave the building! You get a lovely welcoming basket with breakfast stuff and extras all around the flat! The hot tub was amazing also!

I can honestly say it was the best stay we liked everything

The hosts had thought of everything . They provided the most amazing welcome pack . All the basics and a lot more . Every toiletry had been provided. As well as every utensil you could possibly need. A well thought out information folder suggested places to eat and visit . Even my dog had treats blankets bowls and covers.

The hosts have thought of everything, it really is like home from home. Perfect! Hot tub is amazing, the welcome breakfast basket was so thoughtful too. Very clean, modern and an escape needed from the city.

There was nothing negative to say about the place.

Small garden flat well equipped and comfortable. Resources provided for a dog. Welcome basket and prosecco which was drunk in the hot tub. Paul was very welcoming and helpful. The flat is in walking distance to shopping centre and food places and 10 minute drive to Bournemouth beach.

As soon as you arrive you feel your at your 2nd home. Tracy & Paul are so friendly, helpful ( loved their 2 dogs ) . Everything you need is there ,just bring yourselves and your need for nothing else. Fantastic 2 night stay. Have already recommended to family and friends ,we will be visiting again next year ...11/10 5 🌟 plus .

N/A, everything was wonderful, a really lovely stay at a nice little annex apartment.

Tracy and Paul were very welcoming hosts and genuinely cared about us having a comfortable stay. The place was well furnished with modern but quirky and comfortable decor, very quiet with personal entrance through a beautiful little solar-lit garden. Very welcoming to dogs and the hot tub was amazing, large, warm and private.

A small piece of heaven. The garden and the jacuzzi are just perfect. Also the couple that have this place they are lovely and very kind❤. Everything looks and it is perfect...to look at the stars from the coach from the garden it s just..WaW🤩 Thank you for an amazing&relaxing weekend! For sure we will come agaaain❤

Nothing about the property but only street parking available when we visited but not really a problem

It was clean, comfortable, and quiet and with private enclosed garden and hot tub. A perfect layout with lots of unexpected extras provided by the hosts who were very friendly and helpful. The final positive for us was it was dog friendly.
