The staff and service were superb! The rooms were amazing! We had a room with a balcony but it was more like a huge terrace. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I think the price tag does no go with the service . It is not a top hotel in that regard .

I think the hotel is beautiful, has a great vibe and a sustainable theme . The room was excellent . The location is fantastic . Modern architecture mix with great decoration

The location is absolutely fantastic. Close to Green park and its underground station. As well as London’s busy shopping district and restaurants. The entire concept of the hotel is brilliant. Shout out to all the fantastic staff, with a special mention to Roxana, for their attentiveness and attention to detail.

It was just an amazing atmosphere and the building was just stunning. The room, the walls, the decor was themed so well and the finish was marvellous. The waiters and the porters awaited at the door everyday, welcoming you back into the hotel, and the front desk and concierge were so helpful and brilliant in providing us a fantastic stay. The sustainable theme of nature and plants was such a matching backdrop for the hotel and the rooms and everything in between. It was cosy but it felt modern as well and the room design was brilliant. Having a restaurant and cafe in the lobby and the plants and greenery all around, it really isn’t something you should miss. The location was even better than the hotel itself. Located I think 30seconds walk from Green Park station, connecting 3 important tube lines, it is so accessible and easy for travelers and for work. Everything about the place was beautiful and it was a memory that would stay with you forever. Coming to London and having the best time of your life, would not be possible without 1 Hotel Mayfair, and the comfort of return to a home every night, it really was magical. Thank you to all the crew, porters and staff for the stay, it was an experience that none other could match.

Considering the price of the rooms, it would expect that the breakfast is included.

Amazing location, very polite and responsive staff, beautiful aesthetics and super comfortable and clean rooms! We very much appreciated the attention to details (e.g. slippers, bathrobes, beauty products, welcome and Easter gifts), the comfortable beds and the 24/7 room service. Elegance and hospitality at their best!

The only constructive criticism for the entire stay was that the burger from room service was poorly presented and not the best for the price of £39.99. I’m happy spending large amounts of money on food if I feel it’s worth it. This unfortunately didn’t feel worth it. Everything is was exceptional.

The quality of the finish on the interior of this hotel is some of the finest I have seen and I have stayed in many five star resorts around the world. The zen like style and the use of real plants all around the hotel including 4 in the room is beautiful. The staff are amazing. The attention to detail and thought that have gone into the design of the rooms and the amenities on offer are exceptional.

Staff were lovely, especially the door staff who made you feel so welcome. The setting, styling and fittings of the hotel were exceptional, high quality, thoughtful and beautifully designed. It felt like luxury in an eco setting.

I used to stay there all the time when it was the Holiday Inn because of the location. This is my first time at this hotel as it is now. It’s wonderful. A little dark in the lobby where the couches are - but a great place to stay.

Room wasn’t huge but it was one of the nicer hotels over ever been in.

Environmentally focused and beautiful interiors. Staff were truly outstanding. Design is outstanding.
