Lovely little house on the hill over looking Bath. Well appointed kitchen and very homey. Stylish interior with living area and kitchen on the main floor with two bedrooms and bathroom downstairs. Charming little court yard to enjoy a cup of tea out the back. Good washer and dryer available. Friendly host.

Nothing not to like about it.

The house was perfect. Brilliant location. You can walk to town in 5 minutes. It feels so homely and has everything you need. Everything was arranged really well including help with parking. Welcome basket was a lovely touch. House is beautiful and would definitely stay again if I returned to Bath. Thanks Helen!

There was nothing not to like

The location was perfect, short walk to town. The home itself is lovely, super comfy beds and great shower. Little touches like fresh coffee, biscuits and chocolates is always very much appreciated. We felt very relaxed in the home and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending it. Helen was so lovely and very helpful. Special thanks to her for coming back to meet us at the property after we had left and locked up. We had left something important inside and she was very understanding. Thank you Helen!

Short walk into Bath (5/6 mins to train station). Comfy beds, well equipped, homely feel in a traditional bath sandstone townhouse. Apartment is on 2 floors, kitchen and lounge on street level and bedrooms on basement level, all rooms light and airy with lovely views of Bath from the kitchen. Lovely coffee shop 2 minutes walk away also sells delicious pastries so ideal for breakfast:) Friendly welcoming host. Highly recommend.

The location was great, just a short stroll to the main part of the city. Very comfortable for a family of 4 or 5, but could fit more. Very quiet at night.

There was nothing about the property or our stay that we didn’t like.

Our host Helen met us at the property to hand over the keys and to give us a guided tour of the property. Such a beautiful place, location was perfect. We will definitely book again.

The property was an ideal size for us to share with friends. We cooked for ourselves, and the property had a great range of kitchen equipment for us to use. The host also left us a welcome pack which was a lovely touch.

It could do with some redecorating- paintwork window frames, net curtains, some carpets look tired - this didn’t spoil our stay just seems a shame at this price point. Paid for a parking permit but all the bays were taken so couldn’t use it.

Fab location close to city centre and local shops. Comfy beds and sofa. Great views from the back windows over Bath. Good sized bathroom with underfloor heating and another loo. Big TV.

The location is fantastic - central but very quiet. Quintisentially Georgian sqaure, elegant with great views. Great host - helpful, kind and generous and very comfortable apartment. Just perfect for a weekend in Bath.

The heating temperature wasn’t enough to really warm the place up. We all felt a bit chilly most of the time.

“Charming 19th century home” also means no elevators. Bedrooms were on the ground (i.e. basement) floor, so suitcases have to be schlepped down a narrow staircase.

Delightful 19th century home with English garden.. Host was helpful and considerate. Location was easily accessible to city center. Apartment was clean and stocked with coffee, milk and biscuits. Modern bath and shower.
