Realy clean and cosy hotel room. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Excellent breakfast, and was happy with the location close to the beach, but away from the Bournemouth centre and Pier, which makes area and the beach less crowded and great for families with kiddos.

I know it is too much hustle for Matt and Mel, if we have facilities for dinner would be nice.

Great location near to Boscombe High Street and beach. Off street parking in a quiet location. Spotlessly clean and airy room with own shower and toilet. Fantastic breakfast !

The whole location and set up of the property was perfect, the hotel was absolutely fit for purpose, simple, easy to navigate and yet, spotlessly clean. The owners were very helpful and lovely to chat with.

In our particular room could see into shower from bedroom (we were in a twin) mother and son staying so tad awkward and felt bit exposing

Perfect location for me - close to station and Vitality Stadium Friendly welcome. Very personable, made me feel at home. Comfortable and tastefully furnished room. Good wifi. Tea, coffee & Biscuits in room and use of fridge on landing was perfect for me Decent shower - loads of plug sockets for chargers .... Local information available had I needed it. Breakfast made to order ... fantastic full English and more. Really excellent.

This place is fantastic, Mel is a fantastic host, nothing to much trouble , made us feel extremely welcome, so kind . Hotel it’s self is spotless we had breakfast sandwich to go it was delicious also yogurt & juice carton they literally think of everything. Location really good near beach bit steep hill walking back to town with plenty of eating places& takeaways few mins walk. We’d definitely recommend staying here such great value for money . Thank you so much Mel , Matt & your 2 gorgeous little boys xx

We have no complaints about our stay and will happily use again.

We had a warm welcome from the owners who told us about the local area and best access to the beach. Our room was clean, modern and had everything that we needed including a shared fridge in the hallway. The made to order breakfast was fantastic and our stay was excellent value for money.

The hosts were so welcoming and helpful. Their property was lovely and stylish, with so many Victorian features. Our room was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast choice was amazing and was cooked perfectly to order. Parking on the property was so convenient. We had lots of lovely walks and also used the buses, which were easy to access from the property. We will definitely return and recommend to our friends and family.

Room was not dark enough. Bathroom on the small side.

Parking available outside the hotel. Spacious room with nicely appointed bathroom, though a little small. House was very clean and well decorated, and staff very attentive, helpful and pleasant. Excellent freshly cooked breakfast, with a wide choice. Room was well provisioned with all that you would expect of a hotel.
