Everything was perfect, the location is close the a big garden were children can play, and it is easy to drive towards motor way M1 or going shopping to supermarket (ASDA store), also it is around 15 mons to Meadowhall shopping mall. The owner was very helpful for any request, thank you Beth. As the house, location and the owner are all very good, so we plane to have the same house in our next visit to Sheffield. Regards

Monotonous grey colour scheme. Beds poor quality (you can feel the springs, shallow depth) and single beds very narrow. No mirror in upstairs bathroom. Charging extra for a travel cot (presented as an option during deposit process). Could do with more crockery. Quite a few steps up to the front door doesn't make it suitable for people with mobility issues.

Great family friendly accommodation with all mod cons in a quiet residential setting, 10 mins drive from Sheffield City centre. Smart driveway and attractive landscaping. Safe and secure. Spacious rooms. Nice Samsung TVs. Cosy feel and good showers. Downstairs and upstairs bathrooms. Nice utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The front steps were a bit worrying and not lit up enough at night . We also felt that a rail should be put in as we are over 70 and had to be very careful. Had trouble locating the cutlery and there were no instructions leaflet regarding heating, etc. Or fire instructions.

Very clean , everything available, nice quiet street. Plenty of hot water on tap.

Nothing I disliked but possibly the pillows slightly lumpy but happy to bring my own. Also didn’t like the open access round to garden feel there should possibly be a gate.

Fire alarm in kitchen was right above the oven, every time you opened the oven door it would go off, someone had to stand with a towel wafting it to stop it! Become very annoying! Although the property was clean I think I bit more attention to detail was needed, we found a dirty sock beside the living room sofa and skirting boards where dusty, upstairs carpet still had bits on it! Down stairs bathroom floor and toilet had hairs on them. No hair dryer.

Beth was fantastic nothing was to much trouble. Bed in main bedroom was very comfortable. Garden was great when we had warmer weather. House would of got superb ratings if it had a little more attention to detail with the cleaning, a complementary tray would of been great things like salt, pepper, oil for cooking and. Although there was coffee it was black and solid in tin. These things wouldn't stop us from staying again.

The price was the only thing that would put me off staying again. We are in sheffield at least 6 times per year for swimming competitions and couldnt justify paying such a high price each stay. The towels and bedding werent of a great standard for this price.

The house was modern, clean and quiet. Was ideal for what we needed it for and close enough for ponds forge.

Beautifully presented home, exceptionally clean. The host was easy to communicate with, and was happy to accommodate our requests in advance of our stay. Plenty of space wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Some suggestions to improve: mirror upper bath, toilet paper holder, toilet brushes, new cutlery, more tableware, new baking tray. New mattresses (unfortunately you feel the springs). Mirror cleaning with glas cleaner please.

If you like a quiet, safe location that's the place, townhouse with plenty of space. Really lovely neighbours, much better area to stay then directly in Sheffield City Centre. Fenced garden with lots of privacy. Bathrooms with high water pressure, great. Two sitting areas downstairs, two big bedrooms upstairs, big kitchen with storage. Modern styled and cosy. Quick responding friendly owner Bethany. It's better to go by car there, as public bus service is often cancelled. Don't take a Hotel, you'll love this place :-).

No locks on bathroom doors, wasn't a big issue but as travelling with a teenager was the thing we would improve

Easy to find, clean, spacious, exactly like the photos. Well equipped. Was fantastic for us staying as a family on a rainy weekend in Sheffield, lots of space for baby to crawl around. If staying longer would have used washing machine etc. Beth was helpful for checkout, but times on Booking.com weren't correct but she honoured them which didn't cause us any stress or drama.

Nothing - it was great.

The house was cosy and modern, it was everything we needed it to be. It was close to the city and was a short drive in on the ring road but had ample parking too. The kitchen was well equipped for self-catering.
