It was centrally located, with good sized clean rooms. The hosts were lovely, it felt like you’d met old friends. They were very helpful and informative. The breakfast was also very good with plenty of choice.

I like the warm decoration of the room. The room is clean and tidy, the landlord is very friendly, and I can enjoy breakfast.

Parking is extremely limited on the premises, although there's plenty of roadside parking in the surrounding neighbourhood. The bathroom in room 2 is a bit small, especially the sink, which was particularly difficult to use due to the cabinet immediately above it.

The hosts were super friendly from check-in to check-out. The personal service at breakfast was second to none. The breakfast buffet was superb, everything anyone could wish for.

Great location. A short walk into town . A short walk to cliff top and beach. Room was well stocked and very clean. A wide variety of breakfast items to help yourself to. Jane and Ged are a lovely couple and suggested many places to visit..one of which was Mudeford Quay (eat, drink, walk and chill)

As it was off-season, there was no breakfast available. Only thing I can think of as a possible negative. Everything else was amazing

Comfortable and clean. Very nice and quiet. The owners were very helpful and welcoming. The decoration for Christmas was stunning also. If I come back to Bournemouth, I will definitely stay here again.

The hosts were exceptionally friendly and attentive. They offered us a better room to move to when requested, as the first room had a separate bathroom, which was inconvenient. The new room was big, spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The decoration of the diverse rooms was unique and quirky. The breakfast was good; they provided some natural options that we enjoyed. To be fair, we just missed the ham. It was easy to enter the building at any time with the key fob, which was handy and felt secure. The hosts also recommended some places to visit and eat, and were very responsive when needed. The I owners were welcoming and friendly. The breakfasts were lovely with lots of choice. Modern, thoughtfully and quirkily decorated. Would confidently recommend and definitely revisit.
