We loved our stay in Bath! The place was beautiful, comfortable, and well stocked. The location was fabulous as well; just a short walk to the cathedral, the baths, and restaurants and shops. The host was helpful, friendly and responsive. Excellent accommodations.

We liked that it was a lodge and not a flat with garage parking. The bed was the best we’ve ever slept in. Central location with a courtyard too.

Nothing really. A top tip: line up cushions at the front door to avoid a draft and at the wall of the single bedroom because it gets cold in the freezing weather - to be expected in a historic building.

We loved this property. For a family of 5 adults, it worked very well. The location is great (watch out for slippery spots on the hill up to the property in the cold / wet weather)! Karina was very responsive to our questions, and the welcome basket was a lovely touch. The kitchen has underfloor heating which was amazing after a day of frolicking in the freezing temperatures!

Parking .. had to pay an extra £34 for two nights parking . It states on booking that there is street parking but everywhere is double lines or residence parking only .. there is no chance of getting parked so book the parking for this property

The lodge was lovely … decorated to a high standard .. very clean and extremely warm .. we had to turn it down ! Perfect stay !

We utilized the property’s car park/ garage at 15 pounds per night. It was very tight and up a steep hill making it difficult to manoeuvre into however this couldn’t be helped and was typical of hilly Bath.

Convenient location in Bath. Comfortable stay for our family of 4 (2 children) without feeling on top of one another. Luxury clean bedding facilitated quiet and restful sleep. Two bedroom place with a king bed in one room and a single bed in another. The lounge room has a futon style sofa bed. Host was thoughtful, communicative and very helpful. Thank you for the complimentary food hamper!

Unfortunately there was no AC, but there were fans which made it comfortable. In the morning when we went to shower, there was no hot water. However, the owner was able to fix the hot water Asap. Thank you, Karina

Pullout couch was very uncomfortable.

Great location, comfortable beds (except the pullout sofa), lots of little added touches (salt, pepper, butter, milk, jams, etc in the kitchen and in the bathroom moisturizer, makeup remover. Fans, drying racks, etc) to make life easier. Clean, bright, Amazon Prime, etc.

Not an issue for us, but know that is a 10 minute walk uphill from city center, so take that into account for those with mobility issues. Also, kitchen and bath are downstairs. Also, be aware that cash or bank transfer is the requested payment. I had secured the stay with a credit card and had wrongly assumed it would be charged for the stay. Therefore, I had to spend some time setting up a Wise account to pay the amount due the evening after we had left. (not hard to do but just not typical for me)

Good location. Quiet, clean, and cozy. Parking is available. No complaints at all. Katrina is very responsive and helpful. The welcome basket was also very appreciated. The parking spot is further up the hill and labeled as “Lodge”. I’d recommend having someone help you fit your car in the space. Katrina is also very helpful with advice. Good Wi-Fi.
