It gets quite hot in the flat especially after a shower (we couldn’t turn on the extractor fan) or when using the oven.

Such a convenient location. The flat is great! It has everything we need for a week long break. The hamper was a nice touch.

Dryer didn’t work . No laundry detergent . 2nd floor was hard to take suitcases up . No onsite staff but they were pretty good at responding to messages

The apartment block was modern and well fitted out. We were greeted with a welcome hamper, which was a very nice touch. All the things you expect from a luxury stay. Overall, we enjoyed our time at the Bath Circle.

A guide to the equipment in the flat would have been helpful. How to use the washer dryer for instance would be good.

The property was top notch. The location was excellent. Everything was up to date and functional Karina was also great. The flat was really good and had everything we needed. It was a short walk into the town centre .

Bedroom a little small No other issues that were important to us.

Great position, secure. Easy walking distance from centre. Interior very good and plenty of room for two of us. Bedroom a little small but manageable. Staff who we spoke to were excellent and info given was perfect . Kitchen was well equipped and some lovely food was left in a basket. Milk in the fridge. Very pleased.

People with mobility difficulties or travelers with big heavy suitcases might struggle with the stairs if staying in the Circus apartment on the first floor apartment .

The apartment is located in a quiet area close to the Crescent and Circus. It is an easy 10 min walk into Bath’s city centre. The apartment is modern well equipped and tastefully furnished. The host Karina is excellent and responded immediately to any queries we had during our stay.

I slept on the pull out bed which was so squeaky and I'd have been better on a pull out bed.

We may have missed it in the description but it would have been useful to know that the property was directly next to a school. Luckily we went during half term so it was relatively quiet.

The door codes were sent via e-mail in plenty of time ahead of our stay. The property was easy to find and easy to access. Ample facilities were available in the kitchen area of the property including an oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The welcome hamper and provision of milk was a really nice touch. The bedroom was spacious with good wardrobe space and a particularly comfortable bed. An iron and hairdryer was available. Overall the property suited our needs perfectly.

The towels, although very soft, were just too small!

The facilities were great. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the bed linen luxury hotel standard. The sofa-bed was comfy too.
