Parking outside was very limited, which could have been a serious issue if we had not taken the owner’s advice and rented, in advance, a space a few minutes walk away.

An excellent flat, clean and well equipped. The owner had given excellent information before our arrival and we had a very enjoyable stay.

So this is just a tiny bit of feedback - we really struggled to work the TV - finally managed to load up Netflix and Apple TV - the latter was pure chance and I’m not sure which buttons I pressed. I have not deducted any points as we weren’t there to watch TV and got by - I just don’t want you to be marked down by anyone else! Maybe some instructions?

Everything - it was just right for the two of us. As well as being just a 6 minute walk to the BIC, the layout of the apartment and the facilities were excellent

Didn't like that we couldn't use the TV apart from if we had a netflix and prime account,like to have TV to watch after coming in and first thing on the morning

Nothing really to put any bad points for property, service etc.

Very clean and comfortable apartment with everything needed for a short break away. All the basics required to cook for yourself with plates, cutlery, mugs etc all available and in good condition. A good supply of S&P, sugar, teabags etc also available as well as a pint of milk in fridge when we arrived which was most welcome after a long drive. Very clean apartment with good bathroom, shower, towels etc provided.

There wasn’t anything we did not like.

Great location. Very spacious & stylish throughout, had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Bed & sofa comfy. Fresh milk left in the fridge which was appreciated. Easy walk to the beach & centre. We managed to get a on street parking space right outside. Easy checkin & check out. Great communication from making booking to arrival. 100% recommend & would stay again.

Near beaches and town centre. Very quiet and had everything we needed. Great host gave us all the info we needed too. Managed to get parking o the next road for under ten pounds for 24 hours so that was great for us.

Parking is hit and miss but owner does tell you about this and gives lots of alternative parking places. We did fall lucky the middle of our stay and parked nearly right outside.

Really comfortable apartment, clean, had everything you could need for you stay. Great location, easy walk to the beach and town. Would definitely stay again if planning another trip to Bournemouth. Owner messaged telling us exactly what we needed, from parking to getting the keys and quickly answered any questions we had. The apartment is very modern looking, lovely kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of towels left for us to use.
