Lovely comfortable room, great location

Being right under the roof the ceiling was rather low which might be an issue for taller guests. The carpet seemed a little old and in typical London fashion the staircase was very narrow.

The hotel is just a 10 minute walk from Victoria Station in a quiet area. The room was big enough, well heated and clean. It had a window and everything you’d need for a few nights. Check in and key collection was very close by and there was an option to check in online in advance. I was able to store my luggage.

Very nice stuff. Always ready to provide support. I’ve asked for the blue room with a bath for my single trip and I got it. This room will definitely not work for everyone but I found it exceptional. Very nice quiet area. Walking distance to everything

For a budget stay,in London, I do t think it could be beaten. Where was the breakfast?

Didn’t get breakfast, was not even offered it as an option. Didn’t see any dining room. Staff/owner was most helpful. Was walked to,hotel,from the mothership and personally knocked at the door for a,wake up.

Theres an icon that mentions theres parking so i assumed its free parking at the premises but its actually a paid parking down the road.

It was a very clean and comfortable place to sleep, the staff are very friendly and location is excellent.

The room was on the top floor, right under the roof. The ceiling sloped, making it impossible to stand up straight in large parts of the room, which was uncomfortable. The room was also quite hot, even though the weather was mild. There are two fans in the room, but I wouldn't want to stay there in summer. There is only one small window, offering some daylight but no view whatsoever. The toilet didn't flush well. The other rooms are probably better. The hotel is located in a nice enough residential area, but it took 40-50 minutes by bus to get to the centre (Trafalgar Square).

The room was quiet and the staff friendly. Easy check in and check out.

Maybe there weren't additional hygiene products in the room, but I appreciated the fact they didn't offer single use stuff.

I wasnt informed that I had to request cleaning so I spent 3 nights without towels changing or cleaning of any kind. That information could have been given to me at the check-in.

The bed was really comfy, the room was cleaned and the temperature was good.

It was little bit difficult to take a shower in a bath tub with a hand shower located in the room and without shower curtain.

The pillows in the smaller room were a bit hard and flat, but I understand this is just my personal preference and I still slept well. Could have been more generous with the tea and milk, but I’m sure more would have been provided if I had asked or if we were staying for longer.

Good location near Victoria and Pimlico stations and also near Buckingham Palace etc. Our two rooms were larger than expected (one in particular) and in very good condition overall. The carafe of water provided was very welcome. The staff I met on arrival and also the ones I bumped into when entering and leaving the building were all friendly and polite.

Annex to the Georgian House (2 minutes walk away) in a quiet street near Victoria. Comfortable bed, clean room and a very reasonable price plus a very easy check in/out.

Some black mould in the bathroom. Room was over-hot and took quite a while to cool down when we turned off the radiator.

Great location near Victoria station and the theatre we were going to visit. Easy to reach other parts of Central London by tube. Room was large and comfy.

Check in was at a separate location, closeby but a bit unclear. I booked at very short notice so had already gone to wrong place by the time instructions came.

Very well equipped and comfortable room. Good shower. Quiet location but convenient.

Room was lovely and clean but more importantly the staff went above and beyond. They stored our bags for a few days before we actually arrived for our one night stay, which we were incredibly grateful for!
