Really comfy clean rooms, great food

The quilt was a bit warm for us because the weather is getting warm during our stay.

The staff are exceptionally helpful. The lady Niki at the reception help us solve our request promptly. We are hiking the West Highland Way, the location is excellent and the room is clean. We vote them a 5 star 😍

Bed was firmer than we'd like, but we found that every place we stayed in Scotland.

We decided not to stay in Fort William, but instead take an evening drive while the sun stays up, from Fort William thru Glencoe and end at Bridge of Orchy Hotel at dusk (1 hour drive). It was the perfect plan, the lightly traveled roads of Glencoe between 2 mountain ranges, in long shadows and colors will stay with me forever. the whole drive felt like a van gogh. Once at BoOH, checkin was welcoming, helpful, and smooth. Bar tender made excellent scotch recommendations we dont get in the US, and i understand the appeal of scotch more now that i've tasted many that aren't just a flood of alcohol, but actually have a wide range of taste profiles. Breakfast staff was excellent from service to food quality. Pictures from the bridge were beautiful. Front desk in the morning at checkout let us know about the narrow winding roads ahead on our journey, as well as the amazing views to come en route to Stirling Castle then on to Edinburgh. Well done BoOH!

It was quite expensive for a standard small room with a view of the parking lot but the location and views were worth it.

Front desk staff could be friendlier.

This hotel was bright and airy. I loved the sliding glass door to the patio. Beds were clean and comfortable. Meals were delicious.

I wasn't offered the option to buy a packed lunch for the next day which i would have taken off.

Room was beautiful and comfortable. I was delighted there was a bath which was just what i needed after walking the West Highland Way. Food was delicious and service excellent - very friendly and very good.

Fabulous hotel in a beautiful location. Rooms were lovely with comfortable beds and nice hot showers. Food in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious. Staff were good fun and very helpful throughout our stay.

I couldn't find any faults.

The staff were exceptionally. friendly and able. Nothing too much trouble. The garden room was bright, very clean and had wonderful views. Very comfortabe beds. Food was of very good quality, was served impeccably and with good grace by attentive staff.

Location and atmosphere around the hotel. A hiker's paradise with so many trails surrounding the hotel. I met two deer on the way back to my outdoor room. Location is amazing.

Very little was wrong with this hotel they do a great job. I also appreciated being able to check in around 2. Maybe it would help if there were written instructions of how to adjust the thermostat in the room? Or a little map/guide of trails or walks to do walking distance from the hotel in the room?

This hotel was way nicer than I anticipated. My room had a spectacular view of the mountains and after hiking all day the bed and view were so comforting. I really enjoyed the little deck and sliding door that came with the room. There are also ample walks and hikes you can do around the hotel, so much to see/enjoy/explore. I had a great time reading in the cozy hotel lounge. The breakfast included with the room was delicious and high quality.
