Very well and tastefully equipped cottage with parking space for 2 cars, everything you need was there.. A big surprise was the welcome basket with all the goodies and milk, butter, and juice in the fridge. You can go by bus to the city, the bus stop was nearby, just a few steps round the corner. Would definitely choose this cottage again.

We love everything

Felt welcome from the very start with a personalised message on the board next to entrance. We felt at home. Very comfortable, modern and clean accomodation with all the necessary amenities. Bed linen smell so good and slept really well. The welcome hamper was well appreciated. The location was close to city centre. We enjoyed our stay.

A little difficult to find originally especially if coming from the Bath direction. The road name is only one one side!

A very secluded property set back away from the main road so quiet and private. Ideal set up for our party - 3 friends who all got to sleep in double beds. Good parking. Everything very clean and well cared for. Excellent communications from the host. Very generous welcome basket.

Beds were nice, but a little on the soft side. Parking was tricky to get in and out of.

New, clean, well appointed, and very homey. Large, fluffy towels, well appointed kitchen, comfortable living room, private parking. I could live there for a month or more!

All details have been thought of, it’s well presented, comfortable and it was lovely to spend time here. It is right near the bus stop into the city, the canal walk into the city is also just round the corner. The parking space is great. I highly recommend this gorgeous little cottage for a stay in Bath.

What a beautiful little house! Great location, short drive or bus ride into Bath. After a day out we came back and walked across the river to The Bathampton Mill pub one evening. The house itself has everything you could need. Beautifully furnished and exceptionally clean. Our girls, 6 & 12, loved the board games and all the treats left for us. We were sad we couldn’t stay longer!

The only thing we found quite tricky was the lane to and from the property is quite narrow with parked cars along one side. It was difficult to manoeuvre our large car (BMW 7 Series) but we managed and the parking space at the actual property was more than adequate.

The accommodation was superb. Spotlessly clean and very welcoming with a lovely hamper full of goodies, and milk, orange juice and butter in the fridge. The decor was very tasteful and everything was very well catered for with fluffy towels, lovely bed linen and soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathroom. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend.

The house was beautiful, tastefully decorated, and had everything you could need for break away. The communication from the host was brilliant before our stay and during. They certainly know how to make their guests feel special. The extra touches like the welcome board, hamper, and toiletries to use whilst there, just completed the experience. The house is in a lovely village just outside of Bath, but you can easily drive into the centre, get a bus, or walk along the river/canal. There are also other beautiful places to visit, like Lacock and Catle Combe, within a short driving distance. I can definitely recommend staying here 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Julie and Matthew’s place. It was exactly as advertised and even included a couple of lovely extras that we weren’t expecting. Parking was easy and the house was beautifully presented for our arrival. It is a straight forward 10 minute drive into central Bath with bus stops right out the front of that is your preference. Being a little bit out of the city centre means that it is an easy drive to see other sights around Bath. We didn’t manage to do the canal walk into town, so we have a perfect excuse to return next time we are in the UK.

The property was excellent. The only room for improvement would be a rubber mat for the bath.

Parking can be a tight squeeze with a big car but we managed fine.

Beautifully furnished two bedroom apartment just outside Bath. Home away from home. Handy to Bath township, very very quiet considering it was by the main road. Lovely courtyard. Bus stop to town short walk away. Nice pub just over the river 10 min walk. Well stocked kitchen. Would recommend it to family and friends. Thank you 🙏

Location perfect if you are not wanting to stay in the middle of the city. Bus stop 20 yards away. Nice pubs within walking distance Exceptional welcome pack. Hosts very helpful. Lovely home.
