The only very slight downside was the early start of the traffic, but it was a main road.

The apartment was spacious, spotless and very comfortable with the lovely thoughtful added touches of filter coffee, coffee pods and biscuits. Communication from the Host throughout our stay, was good too. Great location. Allocated parking space.

Beautiful building; parking on site; superb location (5 mins walk to beach, 10 mins walk to O2 Academy); apartment large, comfortable and very clean; super little sun-trap terrace in the communal garden; easy and clear instructions for door codes and key lock box; had email message on the day to say apartment ready and we could check in earlier :) Ideal for us to go to concert at O2 Academy and visit family in the area - more than happy to stay again

As the apartment is at the front of the building, the road can be a bit noisy especially at night but that isn’t a big deal.

The apartment was perfect for my elderly parents and myself, and excellent value compared to a hotel. Although situated on the 2nd floor there is a lift which was ideal. Communication from our host, Andrew, was brilliant and very helpful especially for check in. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. Location was great, being so close to the beach and the centre of Bournemouth and it was so convenient having our own parking space. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you Andrew.

The Apartment is very well equipped. It had everything we needed for a weekend. It is very close to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Communication with the Owner was very good. Check in was very easy. They even left a card and some bubbles for our friends as we were away celebrating 2 birthdays.

I am disabled person and stayed with my niece Kelly for two nights, 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms was a big comfort for our privacy. Choosing Burlington Mansions was the best decision we made as the apartment was well located in a good and clean building with disabled access and assigned parking in the complex. THE APARTMENT was impeccably clean, spacious and had everything one can need for a comfortable stay, HOST Mr Andrew was very helpful and instantly responsive when asked for any help/advise. I will recommend 100% and rate this property 9.99/10

Great communication from Andrew which made check in super easy. Good location to get to beach and to travel into city centre. Apartment clean, comfortable and provided good accommodation for a family of 4. Would definitely stay again.

Instructions for little lights in the smaller bedroom🤣!! They were fab but we couldn’t work them out!! Gave us a giggle though.

Location was amazing. 5 mins walk to the town/o2 Academy where we were visiting. 5 mins walk to the beach which was amazing. The apartment had everything we needed, well equipped, extremely clean and super comfortable beds.

Only thing that let it down was no fans in the bedrooms , the windows only opened a short distance because of safety cable ( which we totally understand why that's there) it's a Very noisy and busy road all day long , fans would have meant we could have kept some noise out over night

Great location for boscombe beach and walking into Bournemouth, the beds were comfortable, you had everything you needed in the kitchen , overall an enjoyable stay, great communication from host Andrew on how to get in etc

The hosts were so friendly and helpful, the check in and parking infomation was really clear and we were able to get an earlier check in time at short notice. The apartment was really clean and comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Loads of storage in both the good sized bedrooms. Bedding was really clean, beds comfy. Also a great location for the beach. We will be back!

We love everything about this place. Wonderful owners Andrew and Tania assist with everything form very beginning until very end of your visit. We even got a stet of games for rainy days, as we wasnt very lucky with weather this year. Highly recommend to couples or families. Apartaments are very clean and fully equipped.
