We loved it - just a small thing, our bathroom shower door was leaking but aside from that, we thoroughly enjoyed it!

Fantastic stay - we both really enjoyed it! Staff were absolutely incredible and so very lovely. Very much appreciate the late check-in option available too - very very handy!!

While my stay at No15 in Bath was delightful overall, I found the parking options to be somewhat limited.

The hotel is a hidden gem! From its charming decor to its impeccable service, every detail is meticulously crafted this made our stay memorable. The cozy rooms with the doll house and the record player was a fun touch, while the staff went above and beyond to cater our every need. A truly delightful experience from start to finish.

All the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The location was wonderful for walking into Bath and the hotel itself was a beautiful boutique hotel, great breakfast and loved the little touches of records and pantry.

The townhouse design was very beautiful, would definitely stay there again. Great breakfast, very friendly staff and relaxing spa treatments are just to list a few of many fantastic highlights within the hotel. The location is at the very centre of Bath which provides great accessibility to the wonderful sightseeing locations within the city.

Unfortunately In the coach house you can see the person who is on the toilet because of the glass panels on the doors. It was a little off putting especially when I was half naked in the bathroom with the lights on and we had room service come in. Room service menu for dinner could have been a bit better. We did have one of our dishes missing and after calling back to reception the dish was sent to our room straight away. Bit annoyed we were charged again for a room service fee even though we had made one order.

We stayed in the coach house which was a really lovely room. Beautifully decorated with some lovely finishing touches. The dollhouse which hosted the teas and coffees was gorgeous and I loved the record player and library. And the free pantry! Breakfast was really good as well. The main house was lovely also.

Food was good but could be better, was served cooked avocado on toast, cooked avo isn’t great. Was refused Diet Coke at breakfast which was weird until I asked again and said it’s bizarre I can’t order it then they served it.

There was a bit of a constant smell of ‘sewage’ in the room. Not sure if it’s just because it’s an old building.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a Georgian building, that is very well kept. They added all these nice touches with the music playing from the radio in the room and being able to play records from the record player in the room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely. The location is just next to the Pulteney bridge, but it’s just outside of the main city centre, so it’s a little quieter.

The bathroom was in need of updating and wasn't particularly clean. The restaurant menu was very limited so we dined in another hotel.

The staff were fabulous and the location great. We very much liked the quirky record collection and the pantry and it was great that they provided oat milk.
