Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The place is obviously under renovation but the rooms were still clean and tidy, the bar was open and the continental breakfast was great. It's basic but that's the price you are paying so it was exactly what we paid for :) Staff were outstanding, very friendly and kind.

United KingdomI had to ask for a plug in the sink at reception & plug was to big. But I thanked the Man Gentleman Reception Person polite & friendly. The room didn't have a bin. The had hot 🔥 water 💧 when it was time for me to leave.
I like the view out of the the. I also like the staff. I also like the Cleaner Romanian Woman Lady. I also like the picture in the room, the window in the hotels. I like the breakfast. Maybe if they change some extra money, could have some extra vegetarian & Vegan options please. Thank you I thought the the hotel room & hotel was ok for £40. Maybe The Government could/should do more to help small & medium companies.

United KingdomHotel was going under a major renovation so that there was a lot of noise and rolls of carpet to negotiate. Exterior was covered in scaffold and car park at the rear needs a good tidy up.
Well furnished clean rooms. Very helpful & friendly staff. Hotel is well located to the town centre and beach. Beds were very comfortable and the shower / bathroom was very well kept & stocked up.

United KingdomThe stairs were really quite scary to use- felt like I'll fall any moment. Also the whole building had an awful dusty smell. In terms of our room- I now regret not sleeping in the car.. The bathroom floor was sticky, no warm water on the tap, hair on the bed and the worst isolation I've ever seen! Felt like the windows were open the whole night as you could feel the breeze while laying in bed. Also had a jump scare because some people were checking in in the middle of the night and the woman started yelling because the reception gave her the wrong key- keep in mind that her door was literally a span away from mine and it sounded like she was trying to break in. Worst hotel experience ever, I only gave a star because of the staff. It's a cheap place to stay but I would never go back again.
The staff was nice and the location is good too. There's a small parking lot behind the hotel which I wouldn't recommend using unless there aren't any spaces on the main road out front.

United Kingdom• WiFi didn’t reach the rooms • I found a dirty sock in my bed!!! • my carpet was wet when I entered the room •Heard some disturbing info about the previous person that stayed in my room! • Shower head didn’t attach and stay to the wall I had to hold the end of the shower and water pressure was low. • I waited 10 minutes at reception before anyone came to help me • No sanitary bins in the bathrooms • asked for another pillow because the pillows are terrible waiting 15 mins eventually had to go out and get it myself. •Horrible dark interior in “Lobby/Bar” area. • Website BEYOND misleading •as a single lady I felt VERY uncomfortable

United KingdomThe only thing that I wasn't happy with was that you can hear all your neighbours, I could hear people snoring through the walls.
Staff made the place what it is, everyone was friendly, it's close to the beach and train station and a local supermarket. The bed was comfy.
