Very nice property in brilliant location

The double beds could do with being bigger as they were quite tight. The pillows were rock solid which was a shame. The apartment was above a nightclub which I wasn’t aware of so a couple of the evenings was noisy but ended by 11. Last little bonus could do with a pair of scissors in the kitchen and enough toilet rolls for everyone.

The apartment was great was perfect for 5 adults and 1 baby. The hosts could not of been more attentive were there at the end of the phone whenever we needed them! 5* for the hosts!

Location is directly above a bar/venue with loud music that continued to around midnight. Not a huge issue - it is a city centre flat after all.

Arrival information (video clip) was really helpful. Location was excellent with regard to accessing the city and the attractions. The flat was spotlessly clean and well equipped. On-site secure parking was excellent. Help was always on the end of a WhatsApp message to deal with any issues. We had a very small issue with the parking space being already occupied but Roumina was attentive and easy to contact - problem solved immediately. Great wifi !

I didn’t so much like have to go to another location to lift and drop off key. With large suitcases this was awkward- a key lock box would be ideal. I think it’s also a densely populated student area so can be very noisy on streets. I would recommend they add some hangers to the wardrobes too as wasn’t able to hang anything up.

I liked the fact it was spacious and the bathrooms were lovely. There was tea and coffee available which was nice also. Lots of nice eateries and pubs nearby. Good communication with host also- very responsive.

The only problem was only 1 key & fob between 5 of us !!!

The property well located for us , the parking was much need , there were extras left in the apartment , such as coffee , oil and other items

Adam the landlord was always available, friendly and fast to answer any of our questions. Additionally he was so kind as to send us documents that we forgot at the apartment! Service was A1 !!!

Booking was hard work ...had to travel to get keys .someone should have met us at the apartment to give keys..you tube videos too hard to follow. Hallway bad smell

the hallways in the corridor leading to the apartment didn’t smell good carpets need a good cleaning. The guy at the grocery who gave us the key wouldn’t help with directions “I just give you the key”.

the corridor smelt strongly of cannabis which was awful needs highlighting it’s near a students union as one night was extremely loud

The noise from the bar below was loud on Sat night but as we went to bed late it didn't matter too much.

Reasonable price for a great space in Liverpool. In the student area but it was the sort of thing we were looking for so it fit the bill.

noisy due to student location but expected as a busy student city.

the property was very clean and spacious! the location was excellent albeit a little noisey at night but to be expected within a student area of Liverpool. Ear plugs were provided.
