One thing that would assist someone with a disability or a person with poorer balance, would be a hand rail in the walk in shower(s) for additional support.

My friend is disabled and from booking the right room to the actual stay everyone was extremely helpful. Indeed my friend was so pleased with the shower mat provided she is thinking of buying one for her home!

There was a dead spider in the corner of the bathroom but that’s the only thing I can think of!

Comfortable room away from main road so had a great few nights sleep! Bed was comfortable and an easy walk to the railway station. Great amenities and lovely warm buffet breakfast, also need to mention the great staff recommended places to eat for dinner and local places to see

I'm a contractor, and this was the nicest room I've came across in a long time. It was absolutely cracking. Can't say much about the rest of the hotel, because when I got shown to my room, I never left it again! Was great. Haven't had a bath in years, but I seen the size of that tub, and knew I had to have one. I was in there for ages!! I was quite warm and stumbled upon a belter of a fan in the cupboard. It's a cracking little gadget! After that I dived right into that ginormous bed and watched the ginormous TV! Best night working away from home I've had in absolutely ages.

could not understand at breakfast, why the eggs are brought out separately, to your table. When you have to get your breakfast, from the hot plate. coffee/tea from a machine. not brought to you in a pot.

The strong smell of 'Air Freshener' throughout the hotel.

Good first impressions on arriving at the Hotel. Staff were friendly & helpful throughout our stay & throughout the hotel. Good location with about a 20 minute walk to the City Centre & a 5 minute walk to Hoole, where there are nice pubs & some nice restaurants. The room was a little bit smaller than expected, but very clean & complimentary snacks left for us. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice, both hot & cold options available. Great coffee machine.

Breakfast was good - but on arrival in the dining room were asked what type of eggs we would like before we sat down - we sat down and started our cereal the next thing out came the eggs - so by the time we cooked our toast the eggs were cold and also had to put aside our cereal until we ate our hot breakfast and then went back to finish off our cereal.

very happy with the price for what was offered, in fact i thought it was too cheap, i book hotels for the compamny i am employed at and i have paid far more for a premier inn previously, we have a project about 20 miles away from the property i will definatly be adding this accomodation to our data base
