The room is lovely and was spotless. It had a great range of tea, coffee and even some biscuits. There is a little fridge and some crockery which is really handy for breakfast. It's about a 50 minute walk into town and there is a quiet route which includes the park and royal Cresent. We also got the bus home and they seem to be quite regular even into the evenings.

Nowhere to put your clothes. Had to live out of a bag. Door to main house behind curtain was unsettling

Storage, there was no where to unpack a suitcase. Just having a toaster was dissapointing. Never met the host, just received messages via booking dot com. Would also be nice to have the normal tv channels on the tv. The first night there the rain was so bad that once we got back from the pub where we had dinner, we were sort of stuck in the room, so the TV became the entertainment and there was only 'apps' to hunt through.

The room was exceptionally clean, the bed was comfy, the underfloor heating was good and the parking outside was great. Its like a small hotel room, but not in a hotel!

I'm usually used to stay in the city centre of where I'm going , Bath is 40-50 mins walk away or 10 min drive obviously I was aware of this and we chose this stay as it has free parking however, if you drove to Bath you need to pay parking anyway. The property is otherwise perfect, no complaints.

The studio flat is perfect for s couple of nights, beautiful finishing and nice little touches in decorations! Loved the skylight too and the warm floor. Nice accessories such as selection of coffee and teas 😌 free parking and quiet road. Local pub near by and spar/Tesco and bakery.

There is nothing I can fault or dislike about this Property.

I had booked this lovely little place for myself and my partner, but on the day we were suppose to travel, our childcare cancelled on us last minute. I got in touch with Leigh, the host, requesting if we could have our little one with us, to which she not only agreed to, but also gave us alternative sleeping arrangements (a spare mattress and a spare towel) to cater for our little one. She was very understanding and for this I thank her very much! She went above and beyond her way to make us feel welcomed and at home, especially with our circumstances, therefore I would definitely recommend this property. The layout of the property had been thought out meticulously, especially with the sky light to which our little one absolutely enjoyed peering into the night skies. A 10 minute drive is all it takes to get to the hustle and bustle of Bath City Centre which is quite ideal for us and absolutely enjoyed visiting Bath!

WE LOVED EVERYTHING!!! But would've preferred larger bath towels + 2nd hand-towel + clothes storage space. Microwave if staying longer. Couldn't get live TV, only BBC iplayer, ITV X, etc (probably us being stupid, & it was too late at night to ask owners, who were easily contactable if any queries).

Beautiful, contemporary, spacious, clean, comfortable apartment. Free parking safely on the driveway & a few minutes drive from Bath centre was worth it's weight in gold. Extras of tea, coffee, biscuits, etc were a lovely surprise. The Guest Information folder was really useful (eg the car-park advice was so useful for us to just get straight out to the Xmas Markets on the first evening). And little notes & labels on items, bins, etc were helpful too. Just perfect.

I mean I’m really searching for something here but as quite a tall person maybe a slightly bigger towel would be nice but I’m really splitting hairs there!

Everything g you need and nothing you don’t. Makes such a difference having a fridge. Shower great, floor warm, bed comfy, pretty touches, homely feel, coat hangers, coffee and tea and biscuits.. um think that’s it! Oh-parking right outside, nearly pub and shop, stunning countryside. Host Leigh was very friendly and it felt comforting to a worrier like me to be able to text her directly to ask the odd question.

Brambles next to the car could be trimmed more to avoid snagging clothes.

Lacked storage for clothes just a minor inconvenience to live out of a case for a couple of nights.

Convenient for access, parking & cost Basic kitchen facilities a bonus. A nice walk into Bath, handy bus service.

Such a beautiful space with loads of natural light. Very clean and tidy with lots of nice little treats and touches. Brand new squeaky clean bathroom.

Everything about the property was great! We really couldn’t fault anything. From the large comfortable bed, cleanliness, facilities, open top window to watch the stars in bed, heated flooring. The decor is modern and clean, the shower is powerful and hot. We truly had the best time, we will be revisiting and recommending 🙂
