The hotel itself was great but I'm not sure if it was us not knowing the area or if it was quite a way from all the shops etc but not complaining. Breakfast was nice just a little more selection such as jams etc would have been lovely but again not complaining

Loved the hotel it was immaculate and staff couldn't have been more helpful I'm really happy we stayed here we were also upgraded which was really lovely of them to do and it was our anniversary so spot on for us.

Cost of breakfasts, when there's no way we would get the benefit from it as my mum doesn't want a big breakfast. We got a lovely breakfast for a quarter the price down the road

Check out took too long. Only 2 people on the desk, and one was dealing with a difficult reservation and left luggage. Queue formed quite quickly

Room seemed dirty not thoroughly cleaned Room had a horrible smell and unable to ventilate (ie no window) Spa facilities poor no sauna small pool Some staff on reception quite rude and abrupt Overall felt the room had had a very basic and quick clean

Good breakfast good selection however not all items replenished quickly on buffet bed comfortable Staff helpful provided water for room and ear plugs on request Allowed us to extend our check out time by an hour which was helpful

It was pretty pricey, both the room and the bar. But it was fine for what we needed.

We wanted two queen beds which we got - so that was good. I had a little swim/steam the next morning which was nice.

Ordered a drink from the bar and the drink was full of what looked like lime scale or something out the pump, I had already drank a few mouth fulls before realising and made me very sick, girl at the bar was lovely and did apologise but I didn’t want another drink after that.

The facilities were full every time we went to go and use the pool and so we were unable to use these at all during our stay. We did book this hotel because we wanted to use these. Our room had a huge sick stain on the carpet near the door which was obviously unpleasant.

Breakfast was a bit pricey. There are many foods but I couldn't enjoy much 😔

A staff was very helpful. We couldn't get bath tub when get in the room. I went back to reception and if he could change to different room has a bathtub. My wee boy needs bathtub so he could change to different room kindly. Very very helpful and kind. Room was big enough. I really liked it and would love to come back to this hotel again.

Room was allocated on arrival. I told the staff at check-in that it was a trip for my partners birthday and was allocated an excellent room which contained 2 Queen size beds and the room facilities were excellent. I was also given a voucher for 2 free drinks in the bar. The breakfast buffet was really nice with alot of choice. We found all the staff really friendly and pleasant.

Great hotel in fab location with pool We've stayed here several times, we like the fact that it has a pool. We chose a King suite this time it was very spacious but bland in decor, our room we had the previous time was nicer. On both occasions we had access to the premium lounge, free drinks and snacks and Ariel views of the city

Queuing 30 minutes to enter Stephenson Quarter car park as it was full, and then queuing 10 minutes to check in.
