Even though the handing over of the keys was rather like a riddle game :-) ... which we liked ... everything worked out wonderfully. Mainly because the owner had described everything very accurately. The location of the apartment is first class. The town center is really reached after a few steps and there are endless offers to spend a great evening. The apartment was very clean and tidy and the beds extremely comfortable. We stayed here only for one night so we didn't have a real chance to settle in at all. But in any case, we would recommend the accommodation without limitation. Please remember to let them know beforehand (!) if you need a place to park your car. This also worked out perfectly and the car was safely stored. Thank you very much for letting us stay with you. .

The location was perfect, the apartment was absolutely perfect. Clean and modern with extremely thoughtful touches to make our stay perfect. Host was extremely responsive to questions and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The key in was easy with an informative video . Highly recommended.

The instructions on how to exit the garage to the correct lift need to be a little clearer.

Perfect location in the city centre, very close to the wedding venue. Very well equipped apartment with unexpected extras, such as milk in the fridge, tea, coffee etc.

Nothing not to like!!

Fantastic location, right in the centre! Very smart, clean & comfortable apartment, well stocked with little extras, such as toiletries, crisps, cereal, tea & coffee. Anna was so informative and helpful and easy to communicate with. She also allowed earlier check in and let us park a while longer whilst we went for breakfast the next morning. The bed was really comfy too. Would definitely stay again, thank you Anna!

Maybe an extra key fobe for front door so if some people stay out later you don't have to go down and open front door.

The key lock getting the permit, the drive around the one way system. we went in the wrong lift so had to go back through the carpark to the right but once we figured it out it was fine.

the location was perfect, about 10 mins from Lime St station and then 10 mins to the docks. plenty of bars and restaurants close by. the apartment was like a home from home. everything we needed. the beds were comfortable and we slept very well.

Excellent fast communication. Very clear instructions as to how to enter the property and access the parking garage. The apartment was clean, modern with lots of facilities. Excellent central location. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment was in a good location for bars & restaurants but only a short walk from the city centre & the waterfront. It had everything you needed & was clean & comfortable. The secure parking was also a big positive.

Windows we're a little drafty in lounge as blinds blew a lot.

Clean, comfortable, well equipped nice touches of snacks, tea coffee and sugar. Smelt nice too.

the camera sometimes changing the colors red and green I felt like someone watching me

There was no hot water for the shower, and the switch to heat it up was not accessible. The bed sagged in the middle. Access was complicated.

Although breakfast was not provided, there was a coffee machine and coffee, and kettle with tea bags, packets of cereals and porridge, plus a few biscuits. Everywhere was very clean. The host, Shan was very helpful and met us on arrival to help with access procedures. Correspondence was speedily answered and the deposit system worked well.
