Nothing really. But as I had to answer this question. Wouldn't be good for anyone who struggles with stairs, but we were fine. It's not as big as the photos make it look, but still ample for 4 adults. Can't fault it really.

A washing up brush and cleaning cloth would have been handy, but these were literally the only things missing in an extremely well appointed apartment.

We asked if the two single beds can be joined together as one bed and owners replied that they can do that but they werent when we arrived. Noise from the flat above was disturbing at night.

Dim the light in the garden, too much pressure was a bit untidy and too close to the neighbours as they have their windows open. All good here and see everything.

Steep stairs descending to the front door. We are “older” my husband is 71. We had to be careful to not fall.

The location was excellent, the property very well equipped and beautifully furnished. We appreciated the range of teas and coffee with milk in the fridge for our arrival with lovely thoughtful touches. Communication with information before our stay was very good.

Nothing we liked everything, the doors were a bit squeaky if you were trying to be quiet at night.

The location and the apartment were great. Just a short walk from all the popular sites, round the corner from the Crescent, in a quiet street. The milk in the fridge was a bonus so we could have a cup if tea when we arrived.

No parking! Description states ‘Ample on street parking’ but we were not advised that during the day this is limited to 3 hours - this is a significant material fact and is quite misleading in the advertising of the property.

I didn't like our booking being cancelled..it was very inconvenient as we only discovered it had been cancelled the day we were supposed to arrive as we had had limited WiFi. We had to frantically find somewhere else at the last minute. Of course things were more expensive and we could only stay 1 night at the first place we found and then had to look for something else for the second night. The owners message said they had to make emergency building repairs. This may have been true but I suspect the owners may have cancelled our booking to make another for more money as Bath was very busy with a rugby game on and the arts festival.

We didn't end up staying here. The owners cancelled our booking so I can't say what we liked about the apartment

There are some dirts standing out on bed rooms and the living room. We stayed this apartment for three nights so it was not a pleasant experience that we had to stay at dirty room. We tried to reach out the owner and he had his room clean but there were only a bit of improvements. There were still dirts on the heater and dead spiders on the corner of bath room (actually three of them). We traveled together with a group of people from the Europe and even they mentioned it is not clean. The entrance is underground.

It’s closer to most of the main sightseeing spots in the city.
