    Overpriced for what it is.

Kitchen facilities lacking: not adequate utensils (no kitchen knife!) or even enough mugs for the three of us. Freezer compartment utterly choked with ice and completely unusable. Pull out bed not comfortable either as sofa or bed.

Good location near beach and town.

I tried calling twice to the manager of the flat but there was no response. I left a voice message but it was not answered. Also, the internet (wifi) did not work most of the time. In addition I requested twice for an extra mattress by email but my requests were ignored. I did not like that.

    The cleanliness and the location.

The WiFi wouldn’t work, but I think we might of been told the wrong information for the room/floor we were on, we tried multiple variations with the password we were give to connect to each router but didn’t work. The TV wouldn’t connect to my phone but luckily it would to my partners phone, otherwise we wouldn’t of had it. It would of been nice to have a hairdryer so I wouldn’t of had to take one with me. There wasn’t any washing up liquid to wash up dishes etc, there was only a small bar of soap left by the sink. I couldn’t get through to staff via phone as tried several times, but did via message. Contact via message is fine as long as it’s not very important, however the fire alarm was going off for a very long time on the Saturday. I’m disabled and I was in the shower at the time the alarm was going off, so I’m not in a position to be able to rush out of the building, no member of staff knocked on the door to say what was going on. No fire instructions on the room door, to inform guests of what to do. When booking the accommodation it did not stipulate what floor the room was on, which for me having mobility problems was a struggle going up and down three flights of stairs. The main front door was always open even though your meant to only unlock it with a code, this made me feel very vulnerable as anyone could come and go as they pleased at any time of day even if they weren’t paying guests!

I loved the room, it was very clean, quiet and cosy.

When booking the property we knew it was not in the centre, and the area is not the best in Bournemouth, but the price and apartment looked good. How sad it was when we arrived... The main doors were broken, but I received instructions to Remeber to close them. Irony…. (I sent a text to the managers they are broken - silence). The entrance and hall were okay. Not the cleanest, but acceptable. The apartment. Oh, my, oh my. I know that in pictures were not shown any hangers, or a chest of drawers. But it was literally nothing. This is extremely odd as it is the UK and we are familiar with the rain. So, our soaking wet jackets had to dry out in random places in the apartment. The bed - next to it was a massive dump/ leak (pictures). When I texted the property manager, they went radio silent. Extraordinary service. Bed sheets have stains (apparently they were cleaned “professionally”). The bed was interesting, you would have to turn sides at the same time, as it was moving. Bathroom? The smell was quite aromatic, sewage smell all day and all night. Kitchen? In the kitchen was nothing, not even salt or pepper, no knives to cut anything more challenging than butter. The apartment was awful, dirty, neglected and honestly... Pretty much every piece of decor/ furniture was broken. Just don't waste your time and energy on this place. Pay more somewhere and have a relaxing time. I would love to get some financial compensation for the stay.

    Nothing

Didn't like the mould on the walls Didn't like the automatic light in the bathroom Didn't like the towel rail as the screws are all loose Didn't like the shelf the kettle and toaster are on Because I went to put some toast in and nearly landed up having a kettle full of boiling water over my 7 year old granddaughter. Due to the shelf spinning on the brackets underneath the shelf
