Most things we booked were West End based, which meant that we had to taxi around but yes, we could have used public transport and it was our choice to book The Four Seasons for the hotel.

The room was fantastic, and the cleanliness was impressive. The hotel staff went above and beyond for us, the spa facilities were excellent.

what a stunning hotel, the room/suite was absolutely beautiful. The service was second to none, sadly we were not able to use the pool/spa as fully booked but this did not detract from our stay. My only minor negatives were the TV didn't work and we had no hot water on the second morning, These things happen but slightly annoying when paying such a premium.

Only criticism I would have to say is the food in room dining is not great. Unfortunately on the weekend the restaurants are closed not sure why maybe COVID - we ate in the room and it was very average menu with average food

Very average, breakfast in Four Seasons Rotunda is not what I experienced before in Four Seasons hotels in different countries. Very cheap products and small variety. I wanted freshly squeezed juice and staff provided me with a normal one. Small things but overall making average experience. For this price, everything has to be exceptional and this breakfasts are better at random Luton london airport hotel

Arrival wasn’t as we usually expect. Didn’t feel the warmth from welcoming staff. Too tight on check-out time. I felt negativity when asked. We are planning on leaving early for our next stay but sometimes it’s the attention and warmth that’s appreciated most. We didn’t know dogs were allowed. My wife and kids scared of dogs and one almost came a bit too close for our comfort while we were eating at lobby restaurant. Halal food options could be better. Night meals can be added catering to kids. Usually bathrooms got toothbrushes etc. we got them when asked but quality was great.

We were upgraded which was a pleasant surprise. Restaurant staff were kind and friendly. Cleanliness is of utmost importance and we were quite content.

Shampoo and conditioner was empty in the spa which meant I had to leave in tangles to get back to the room. Another negative, traffic was very bad, I asked for a taxi to be arranged to collect from a local restaurant over the Thames and was refused!! I spent over an hour in traffic because of this and I really did not want to drive, it was a simple request. Breakfast was £71 for eggs set up and another full breakfast plan, the food was in the smallest portions and served granola without yoghurt or fruit? Bizarre.

The sheets were so smooth! Service to the room was fantastic also. Decor was satisfying and the spa was relaxing and a great addition to the manic city atmosphere once you step outside.

We wanted to be close to the London Bridge. but this location is quiet far from the Center.

The Team was absolutely amazing! From the moment you arrive, they are taking care that everything will be just amazing! Natasha in the reception was very kind and helpful. Savvas the concierge was so helpful! when we asked for something he did it with all his heart, quickly and in professional way! Federico in the Lobby (I think he is manager) was very kind and very sweet to my kids! always with a smile! the team makes the stay just amazing!
