The bathroom is tiny and difficult to maneuver around. The room was not designed for a family. And there was no hot water and nobody offered any solution to it

The curtains don't fully cover the window, which was a bit annoying. There are no mattress or pillow protectors on the bed.

The room was clean, it had bathroom facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a fridge. The beds were reasonably spaced for my family. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet at night so we all slept well.

I was in a single room. It would have been nice to have had photos of the room rather than just the top corner of the single bed as I would probably have upgraded to a double for the size of my suitcase on this trip. The radiator was right by my head (no headboard) but I was too warm anyways so turned it off. The cabinet for refreshments and TV was by the end of the bed. Refreshment facilities were behind the TV so quite a bit of messing around to grab a cuppa. Perhaps the Garth Hotel could consider mounting the TV for more space?? There was a half window (other half in the bathroom). The shower pressure wasn't going to be enough to wash my long hair should I want to (I didn't need to) but was good enough for a body wash but the water was luke warm. All that said, I would probably stay there again knowing what I was coming in to (If I don't need to wash my hair) and knowing I wouldn't need a large suitcase on my next visit. My overall score would have been higher had the shower been better as this can be my biggest priority when travelling.

Very friendly on arrival and was helped with my suitcase to my room, which was good as I needed a large one with me this time and it was heavy. The bed was really comfy. The bathroom and towels were very clean also. Good explanation of keys and if I wanted to I could have called for a take away to be delivered. Having just had travelled for almost 5 hours, the walk did me good. I needed to be by Soho and the value for that area was decent enough. Oh and it has free WiFi.

The room was small, as expected. It was not possible to open the only small window there was, this causing a little distress (I had to turn on the bathroom fan to have a little air circulation). l've found my way to deal with it and I did not bother the staff (the hotel was full, they could not have done much) but I believe that a claustrophobic person could have not stayed there. If you have this problem I suggest to check with the staff before booking.

The staff was extremely friendly and always available and understanding for any request I had. The location was perfect: close to the metro station(s) and close to the University (where I had to be for work).

Perhaps a little more space, hangers in the wardrobe.

The location and value for money. Although it didn't provide food this wasn't a problem as so many restuarants etc, nearby. Warm room - a bit on the small side but OK for one night. Shower was the right temperature.

Old, tired, dirty, shower leaked, extractor stayed on all night, the smallest bathroom, couldnt use sink unless shower door was open. Tiny Tv didnt work, it was replaced and still didnt work. It is a rundown property with absolutely no renovation done for what looks like decades.

Location, close to Euston and Tottenham court Rd stations.

The staff were unfriendly, sarcastic and rude. We found dirty tissues under a bed, the radiator would not turn off and when asking reception how to do it all they said was "why".

The location, not far from Tubes and within walking distance of a lot of interesting stores.

Wow where to start? There was a smashed window the TV had broken buttons and the aerial didn’t work neither did the remote. The bathroom smelt of poo really strong all night. There was what looked like blood stains on the bed and carpet like someone had been killed there. And the people in the room next to us had Covid and were coughing all night long … didn’t sleep and they owner wasn’t interested. Couldn’t stay the next night I had booked because I needed sleep and they wouldn’t refund anything.

It was close to the city centre

The room had zero soundproofing; noise from the corridor of the hotel and so much road noise. I did ask if the outside window could be closed to help reduce the outside noise but they couldn't accommodate this request (I couldn't do it from within the room). The mattress had a collapsed section which was very uncomfortable. Not good value at all

The location is great and the staff were friendly enough. It's also clean

Appalling. The room was very dusty, couldn’t open the curtains as the window was right next to the staff / reception room. Had to have the bathroom door open to be able to get in the shower, shelves missing in the bathroom leaving rods sticking out of the wall directly above the toilet. Kettle was located behind the tv. Bedside lamp plugged in behind the bed with no cover on the plug socket resulting in an electric shock. Contacted the hotel via message after as I felt this needed to be escalated and they couldn’t have been less interested. Still waiting for a reply months later

The property was dated like something from the 1980’s, the room was disgusting, there were flies in the room, black long hairs on the pillow, marks on the pillows, the shower stank of urine, the curtain pole was snapped in two, cracks in the ceiling and a lampshade hanging by a thread. The door looking like it had been kicked in a few times and plastered over continuously. I complained about the first room and gave the reception a chance to rectify the issue. I was shown to a room that could only be compared to a dungeon. For the money I paid for the room for two nights it’s worth paying a bit extra for value for money. I regularly use booking.com and this hotel is the worst I’ve seen by a country mile. The management have told booking.com I won’t be compensated because they offered me another room that still wasn’t liveable

Nothing. The best thing about the property was leaving it and going to another hotel near by
