Great Location. Short walk into the centre of Bath on a very quiet cul-de-sac. Very spacious and had everything you would need. Apartment was split into 2 floors with bedrooms in the basement. Sainsburys across the road.

The en suite in bedroom one smells of stagnant water and the shower pressure is rubbish. It also took a long time for the shower to get hot. It would be a good idea if the host could put a reed diffuser in the bathroom to make it smell better. The bed was separated into single beds at our request, however, they are very narrow as single beds and not suitable for a large adult. Perfect for children though,.

The location is absolutely perfect and the apartment is beautiful. We had the use of a virtual parking permit on arrival for the period of our stay which was brilliant as Bath was extremely busy. Sainsbury's is literally 50 paces across the road and really handy to get the shopping for our stay. The lounge and kitchen area is beautiful and the kitchen well equipped. We also loved that the Christmas tree had been put up and there was a bottle of fizz in the fridge.

There was a mild damp smell in both en-suite bathrooms. The shower cubicles are quite small .

A nice spacious apartment. Good location. Well-equipped kitchen, and clean throughout. A great hairdryer. Some games are available ( backgammon, poker). Very good heating system, if needed. Easy check-in/ check-out . Virtual parking permit for one car is available on request. Thanks.

Absolutely georgous apartment, just like the pictures. Adored the decor! It had all the facilities required inc the beautiful garden for BBQs. Staff were very helpful and gave clear directions about how to access the building with keys etc. Ideal location, 2 minutes from the supermarket and 15 minutes from the centre of town where you can visit the Roman Baths, Bath Abbey etc. We walked everywhere but there are many buses frequently. Would definitely come back here again.

Less excited about the carpet in some areas but overall apartment felt clean. Shower was tight but we managed. There is no river view as such but garden is big bonus. Furniture outside needs a wipe down though.

Great location with short walk to everything with supermarket next door. Wonderful garden. Appartement was comfortable, light, roomy with plenty of amenities. Found parking right in front (virtual permit will be arranged for you). Communication was fast, friendly and accommodating.

If I was being pernickety just untidy at vey bottom of garden with wheel barrows and other paraphernalia stacked up but not sure if this is part of the apartments land.

The main thing which would upgrade the apartment (& ratings) would be new showers. One worked ok but it wasn't easy to regulate the temperature & the cubicle was quite small, the other wasn't much good at all so we didn't use it. Being picky, there were no towel rails or shaver point, but this didn't really cause us too much bother as we only stayed 2 nights.

The apartment was beautiful and very well equipped. It was in a brilliant location - close to the city centre but still fairly quiet. A parking pass was made available & we had no trouble parking. The apartment was modern and comfortable with plenty of towels, toilet rolls & toiletries provided. Netflix was provided, always a bonus! Louise responded very quickly to our questions.

There is nothing negative to report at the time of our stay. well done! . If something can be improved it would be, in my opinion, possibly an upgrade type of shower.

Very nice refurbished apartment, spacious and very clean. Kitchen is very big and welcoming. The area is quiet (no main road) which was an important criteria for me when I selected this place. There is also a small garden where you can relax a bit at the end of the day. The location is great (just 5-10 min from the city center). Really the perfect place for a stay in Bath.
