we spent 4 days to enjoy the atmosphere of London at Christmas. we discovered Georgiana and her joyful, warm and delicious welcome. Always at the service of its guests, in a house which has the charm of a family home, neat and welcoming. we appreciated her very hearty breakfast, her good cellar and each time we returned in the evening, she always had a little moment to share her famous gin and tonic. To sum up, we will come back.

Great hospitality from Georgiana! Many thanks! Welcome drink and awsome breakfast. Fancy backyard. Perfect to have a drink and relax, after the hectic maneuvers you had had within the city or from the airport. Comfy beds. Clean and well maintained property. I had lived in London and I know a bit the city and the different parts of it. So I could state that the area is really good one! Zone 2, which is central London. Easy and fast access to the main sightseeings, for a couple of stops and you are at Big Ben, Westminster, London Eye, whatever. The property is about 7-10 min walk from the tube station. Also there are nice very places to go out for dinner nearby, far from the crowds in the main city. Ask Georgiana and she will recommend to you some. Bonus, the house is on a walkable distance from the Thames river side walk area.

Georgiana's guesthouse is an absolute gem. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. We loved the complimentary pancakes with homemade cherry jam and drinks for example. We can definitely recommend her gin and tonic! The rooms were impeccably clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was stellar. What sets Georgiana's guesthouse apart is the attention to detail and warmth of a second home abroad. It's an experience like no other!

Our stay at Georgiana's was wonderful. Georgiana and her staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms were warm and spotless. The breakfasts were sumptuous. Her guest house is close to the underground and major bus routes from which one can get anywhere in London. Staying at Georgiana's was one of the highlights of my trip and I will certainly stay here again next time I am in London.

Georgiana and her daughter, Julie, were absolutely delightful and super helpful in many respects (how to get places, where to eat and options available, etc). Breakfast was fabulous! We really enjoyed our stay with them and would highly recommend staying with them if you are looking for somewhere in this area.

Smashing super cute little guesthouse - you're typical London home in a really quiet, safe neighborhood, 5-7 min walk from Fulham Broadway tube station. Awesome breakfast, complimentary glass of wine, and Flori is an angel!

This place feels like coming home. We really enjoyed our time at Georgiana's place, specifically the really comfy beds, very clean rooms, the great location that makes it easy to get around and of course the hospitality we found here. Georgiana was very approachable and always made sure we felt welcomed and taken care of. A special shout-out to the breakfast, this was easily the best breakfast we had on a trip for years. We'd definitely come back!

Before getting into Georgiana's Guesthouse, I had read all the positive reviews... Honestly speaking, those reviews were valid. To start with the general interior of the house; spotless clean! I have a small phobia for dirty toilets, bathrooms or messy house interiors and even if there is a little bit of mould, stains or dust somewhere... it's not for me. Georgiana's Guesthouse is very clean. The ensuite bathroom is cleaner than most of the bathrooms in the 5-star hotels I have been to so far. When I talk about Georgiana and her team... I can go on and on and on... I felt calm, and I haven't been feeling that in a long time. I felt home again. They all have a magical aura around them that gives you the feeling you are entering a world full of genuine goodness, that our reality world - outside of those guesthouse walls - is missing nowadays. I didn't feel like a guest... I felt part of the family; From arranging my parking, to showing me around her beautiful art and family pictures, to her spontaneous invitations to dinner, to her delightful breakfast with some organically-sourced ingredients, and to (last but not least) our 1-1 deep conversations in the garden during the night hours!!! Definitely an experience to remember, due to its interpersonal atmosphere. Truly a humble gem in the streets of London....

the property was ideal but it is more of a Home Stay than a guest house. it is not a negative but you need to be comfortable living in a family home.

we were made to feel welcome and giorgiana and her daughter Julia could not do enough for us. Their hospitality was amazing. the morning breakfast ( especially the famous omelette) was delicious and literally kept you fueled up until dinner.

The guest room at the bottom of their gorgeous house was a treat to stay in.
