Normal check in is very late (4pm), although it was good we’ve been offered to use the facilities earlier. It took a long time to be served at the bar when it wasn’t busy.

Room was tired wallpaper coming off in some areas - furniture could do with updating- housekeeping was fine although never restocked the tissues or shower gel which when you are paying a good rate these are things you expect to be done - Carparking fee £20 a day then get an email from hotel to say £10 a day but nobody is bothered to refund because they don’t own the carpark -

extremely outdated the indoor pool an hottub was dirty the ceiling in room had obviously had loads of leaks an looked terrible .having to pay for hotel carpark was absolutely shocking you would expect this included in the price of hotel .£20 for 24hours is not on considering the amount we paid for hotel with no breakfast

We upgraded one of the rooms very comfortable vey large bed and a balcony but the decor was very tatty and the curtains were so old and tatty they were falling to pieces and the windows wouldn’t shut properly

Extra payment for the room with sea view which we received is not acceptable and in my opinion. It looks like cheating the customers. Members of staff explained to us that it was “you have some kind of view of the sea.” What would be if we did not pay extra ... probably we could get the room with a view of the parking.

Polite and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast with full of choices. Monilli jewellery and bags are a bonus.

Not being able to use the outdoor pool. It was closed. Curtains in room where falling apart. Bits of the material falling off. Blind in bathroom terrible wooden mouldy thing. Shower just dripping all night no matter how much we tried to turn it off. Parts of interior in hotel very tired looking. Even a lick of paint in areas and plain new curtains. It has so much potential really without overspending.

Overpriced. Bar was ridiculously expensive and too bright. Felt like sitting in an airport rather than a cosy hotel bar. No games room.

Put the breakfast in our room request on door and didn’t get collected for the first 2 days so we had a real rush to make it to breakfast. The hotel needed a little TLC. Lots of damaged curtains and worn carpets.

The accommodation is in need of a thorough revamping. The seafront in Bournemouth was equally disappointing for the same reason. Though, the beach is beautiful

Ceilings in the room were covered in cracks where old leaks had been and were filled with black mould. Didn’t realise until we checked out. Some staff were new and didn’t know what they see doing.

It was Quiet and we could be left alone.

Hotel was overall a great experience and we would stay here again. We couldn’t enjoy breakfast as had to get up early in the morning before breakfast service began at 7:30pm which was a bit annoying. The family room was very spacious, clean and the beds were so comfortable. Hotel looks a little tired and in need of a little paint here and there but it was all absolutely fine for what we needed and it was very clean. The outdoor pool was fab! We would definitely stay here again.
