The location was good and very easy to get to anywhere in London from Aldgate east underground station which is almost at the doorstep. The breakfast spread is varied and sufficient for most and the staff managing the breakfast were super responsive. The room is spacious enough and spotlessly clean. The staff (especially Rohan and Hisham) were super helpful and friendly..They even offered to click a family picture which made our stay memorable. Would also like to callout the lady managing the breakfast/restaurant who kindly helped us with some water even after the water/juice till was locked post breakfast time. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Great clean comfy hotel. The breakfast was awesome. 5 min walk to Aldgate East tube which was handy, no lifts thought so enter and exit at Whitechapel with suit cases. Also only a 15 minute walk to Tower Bridge

The breakfast was disappointing with very basic food quality and unappealing serving, feeling a bit industrial as if nothing was prepared on-site but came packaged from the supermarket (especially the pre-sliced cheap bread). Additionally, the dining area was always very loud and crowded in the morning hours.

Great rooms, well decorated and clean, very comfortable bed, soundproof - room was very quiet. Perfect location - in the heart of a very lively area of London with plenty of public transport options.

There was no possibility to open the window to have fresh air in the room.

Close to the underground station. The hotel is clean, newly renovated in perfect condition, friendly staff, good breakfast. Different possibilities to charge the phone, even if you do not have adapter.

Cold shower the second morning but was fine we just got on with it

Fabulous hotel 2minutes from underground, so clean! Only reason I didn’t give 10 marks is because our shower was cold on the second morning of our stay! That being said it wouldn’t stop us staying again was really good value for the money

When we checked in, we asked for an adapter for the socket, considering that we were coming from Romania, and the boy at the reception told us that he would give us one for a fee of 10 pounds.... something that seems to me bad, 4-star hotel where people book in different corners of the world... you should be able to offer something like that, because we were given a guarantee on accommodation anyway... and if I destroy it, I'll pay for it! I think the hotel has problems with full accommodation, because for 3 times we didn't have hot water in the shower. We left the faucet on for 15 minutes to let the hot water run and finally we washed with cold water. Breakfast...weak and of poor quality. I have been to hotels by Hilton before, but this one seemed to me to have the worst breakfast, and very little variety and the same every day. Maybe that's how the food is in this country...

The hotel seems recently renovated, it's cute and the room was comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the pillows wonderful. The cleanliness is respected, the room was cleaned daily. The staff was friendly.

The staff are genuine and friendly. They readily provided tips on what to see in the city and how best to get there, bargains and fun activities for people that are only staying a few days. The breakfast was very good and had many options.

To be honest, nothing. Everything was above expectations. If to make a remark, sometimes it might get problematic to get the lift, especially for the 6th floor, which is served by one only

The staff was very professional and friendly, always willing to help and provide you with suggestions. Breakfast was pretty complete and enough varied. Location is excellent literally few steps out of the tube
