Could do with having a safe in the room for valuables but other than that can’t fault it.

Value for money. Great location in a quieter part of Bath. And most importantly staff is very friendly.

It was clean and everything looked nice, but a deep clean around the edges, skirtings etc could be done - but that’s just being picky!

The “Tidy” room was very small and cramped. We were moved to a standard room because of an electrical problem. It was much larger & more comfortable.

Very nice English breakfast with several good options. Easy walk to the center of Bath, in a quiet, peaceful area. All staff were extremely helpful, accommodating and pleasant

Having to walk through the restaurant to get to my room at bust periods felt a little awkward.

The property was in an ideal location and the room was really nice. There were some renovation works going on in the room next to mine which started quite early on my 1st morning but that's the only fault.

They need to improve on their menus. They should provide a variety of menus They need to practice inclusion and diversity in their menus both breakfast and dinner. A buffet breakfast would improve their ratings

The rooms are cosy, neat and homely Nora, Sebastian and Rajid are exceptionally pleasant.

There's no clear sign outside the property, so it was a little difficult to recognize that you've reached. The property was so strict about check-in time. However; I was allowed to leave my luggage at the reception until the check-in time.

Room was immaculate. Walking distance to top attractions in Bath. Receptionist was kind enough to keep my luggage safe until the check-in time.

Floors in bedroom and toilet were slanted. Shower door couldn’t close properly so the toilet floor was covered in water. Showerhead was leaking and spraying water onto the ceiling

I had to ask reception to put the heating on every time we got in /woke up, it was a pretty chilly weekend and as we couldn’t control/turn it on in our room so this was annoying. We was there for 3 nights.

Very modern, and spacious room. Staff were lovely. Location was ideal very close to most ‘must do things’ in bath.

There was what sounded like a fan constantly on, but I didn’t speak to them about it so just put ear plugs in. Not a lot of places to hang towels.

Great location, beautiful property. Breakfast was good, had to book a time slot. We were in the main building in the annex. Room was nice, good shower and comfy bed, with tea/coffee, bottles of water, plus iron and ironing board.

Unable to charge phones over night as electrical sockets seemed to be linked to one of the light switches. Not explained at check in and made train journey the next morning (tickets were on our phones) more stressful than anticipated.

A bit too smell and there was no bedside table one side although there was room for one. Also the toilet roll had a sharp edge which in my opinion was dangerous, a larger person would definitely find it hard to avoid catching their self on it. Completely unnecessary had an ordinary toilet roll hold been there. Just a coat hook to gang clothes on. No wardrobe

Slow-moving lift. But it's just an opportunity to slow life down a little and smell the (imaginary) roses...

Amazingly friendly staff: Rakeev, Saurabh and the team are just the most friendly, professional, and welcoming hotel team you could hope to find - they have an incredible 'can-do' attitude and are one of the main reasons we return to this establishment.

Well my room was 40mt walking distance from checking and breakfast, but was ok.

Location, super close to city centre, restaurants and shopping. Very elegant road!

Breakfast is basic, but okay. Only order, no buffet. The room wasn't really clean, a bit old and overpriced. It's certainly not a 4 stars hotel, rather 3 stars. The staff at the reception were rather unfriendly. One of them was really pushing us multiple times to write a great 9+ review, we felt very uncomfortable. The day after we received an e-mail asking again for a 10 stars review. Reviews should be honest (as I am writing now :-)!

I think they're renovating some of the rooms one by one and my room smelt quite strongly of paint. Not a major problem as I did get used to it but I would've preferred a room without the smell.

Location is great and within walking distance of everywhere I needed to go. The Staff were very helpful and attentive. Room was a great size, very comfortable bed, nice and clean and with good amenities like toiletries, hairdryer and tea and coffee, with complimentary biscuits! I would definitely stay again.

We choose a, small cosy room which was lovely and had a, huge bathroom with a bath. Our choice would be for a larger room next time but that's just personal choice.

Cold service from staff, when we left our bags at the hotel after the check out they didn't put any tags on the suitcases. There was no room to keep the bags, they were just left in the hall, it didn't look safe

Although otherwise the room was very clean, the bathroom bin had not been emptied when we arrived.

The room was very comfortable, spacious and quiet. The staff were very friendly and the hotel is a in a great location just 5 minutes from the city centre.
