Other guests were noisy late at night returning to their rooms. I appreciate that’s not really the hotel’s fault though!

One of the rooms was booked with disabled access / facilities as this was needed for a family member who is disabled. The day before they arrived I received two calls from the hotel, which I missed. I called back and when I was connected to reception the person disconnected the call just as I started to speak. I was not impressed by this and neither could I be bothered to try again so I told my mother - since it was her and other family members that were staying there - and she then called the hotel herself to find out what the issue was. Later, she told me the staff asked if they could take away the disabled access room as it was needed for someone else! My mother naturally said no because it was needed by my family member. I was so shocked. I booked the disabled access room because we needed it, and the hotel tried to take it away from us! Really bad way to treat people and I was not impressed by this at all. Maybe the staff think people book disabled access rooms for fun, who knows...

I booked three rooms for five family members, and all of them were extremely happy with their stay. They said the breakfast was great and the rooms were very good.

The shower was good but it would have been better to have a shower door to prevent the water exiting into the bathroom.

There was noise from the cars outside, The windows were not sealed, or maybe old, Most of the staff looked like they were on their first day at work, and they didn't seem very polite, probably they were stressed ?! who knows, maybe I'll get an answer.

I hadn't realised parking wasn't free and there would be a £15 charge at the hotel for the night.

The room was comfortable, as were the beds. The facilities were as expected, and the staff downstairs were very happy to provide more milk sachets when we ran low. Breakfast was tasty and there was a reasonable selection of cooked and continental options. The staff we came across were all friendly and helpful. It was nice to be able to go back in the evening and sit in the bar with a drink before heading up to bed. The hotel is a comfortable walking distance to the beach.

Road noise at night sounded as though the window was open. Although the restaurant was good, the service although not full was slow.
