The bathrooms weren't too good. Only about three or four toilets and showers for the entire hostel, so the floors and utilities were often dirty with water spilled all over. Not all guests were too eager to maintain a clean environment, I suppose. But once you got used to it, it wasn't that bad and there definitely was a regular cleaning.

The staff was very helpful and accomodating, they helped me solve all problems I had, even in the late night hours, and had great attitude. Overall I think the price was adequate to the room and service I got for it, the room was nice and the bed comfortable. They provided a lockable storage, which was helpful, but the crate was quite awkward to manipulate, especially when the others slept.

One male guest kept walking around in very small underwear. As a lone young woman I felt very uncomfortable and intimidated by this, especially when he pushed past me. It was very scary. This was twice, once at midnight and once early this morning. Staff were not on sight at this time I believe as staff are only on sight 9am-12pm. I found other guests rude. One woman in my dorm opened the curtains of my bed just to see who was there. I could of been sleeping or getting dressed. I would think with the many rules of this hotel that these rules would be added in. There was nothing wrong with the hotel at all, just the inconsiderate and scary behavior of some other guests. I need to come to London a lot, I would stay here again if it was not for the behavior of other guests. What a shame.

We were staying in a private double room, which was located right next to the bathrooms, so we heard every little sound from the toilets all day and night long as the walls are really thin.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They assisted with the adapters, towels and a hairdryer imediately when we requested them. Additionally, we had some issues with the lock on our door and the staff reacted very quickly - the manager arrived and the problem was fixed. While the hostel is a bit further from the centre, we had no issues exploring as there are multiple bus stops around, and most buses operate 24/7. The deposit for the key was refunded back to my card the same day we checked out. The food in the bar downstairs was exceptional. While we only had breakfast there, it was made quickly and was perfect. We also felt completely safe here during our stay, even though we read some questionable reviews prior to our arrival.

The beds are not the newest, the TV in both rooms we booked was not working properly. The walls are thin and the hostel is busy and noisy all night. Cleaning staff is very loud.

No kitchen. Only microwave. No plates or anything. You have to go the bar to ask for stuff.

The location is pretty good with access to 3 stations within a 10 minute walk. The place is old and would need an update but it was clean.

i left early on the sunday so lost 5 deposit for key which i left in box apart from that id say everything was fine nice bar downstairs

the check in person was the best ever, made me feel comfortable explained the process at that time i had sent two emails to the hostel one asking for a low bunk and second i was expecting a parcel with two tickets for football (which turned out to be a disaster ) he explained honestly aboutthe postman tubes etc etc

The place has recently been renovated a bit so everything inisde looks newer. Kat ( the girl that's there early in the morning ) is super sweet and helpful if you have any issues she will sort them out them out for you

More staff needed. Couldn't order food downstairs without scanning the code on your phone.

The renevations done were very good and much needed. !!! There are new curtains on all beds which helps a lot!. The mirror, hair dryer and hair curler is a big bonus. I recommend staying here for a relaxing and quiet stay. I slept so well for the day. Cleanliness in the room and areas was good. There's a fridge and microwave downstairs.

The person that checked me in, Ade was welcoming, the room was quiet and the other guests were respectful, the whole place is well equipped with a fridge, microwave and washing machine, clean showers and not busy. I enjoyed my stay and I would come back again.

The stairwell could use a paint job. And that is not even a complaint, but more of an observation.

The beds were solid with proper sized curtains (something other hostels I stayed at might try considering) and the room had a spacious feel. The wi-fi was excellent, even two floors up (something so-called 'fancy' hotels I stayed at might try considering). When I was checking out, I asked for suggestions regarding a vacation a year from now and was helped very friendly and adequately (for which, again, many thanks).

For it's size I think it does well. As in the hot water would crap out after large groups of people would shower at the same time. Not the hostels fault at all. Just this large group staying there seemingly think it's OK to shower for 40mins each. But I'm sure the owner will fix this, he seems on top of things as compared to the previous time I stayed here the quality of everything improved massively.

Clean, nice aesthetic. This place has a lot of potential as the owner is putting money into it. Although right now it's been my favourite hostel to stay at. The bar and food area downstairs is really nice. If I had more money I would of drank and ate there. Not that it's expensive just that I've been very low cash at the moment. For the price this is the best hostel I've stayed at and even better than more expensive hostels.

There was stained in the bedsheet and duvet cover was dirty also. Outside the pub, people made lot of noises until 12midnight. I couldn't sleep. The bed were uncomfortable.
