Friendly staff, cosy room, comfortable bed. Ideal location for the beach and shops. Being able to use the car park before checking in time was brilliant. Reasonably priced.

I have been staying in a (the?) single bed apartment which has been perfectly nice, but be aware you might have to step out of your room and cross the hallway to get to your (private) bathroom.

The hotel is situated in a quiet part of town, with the beach being only a few minutes away. Staff is very helpful and check-in and check-out easy and quick. I was thankful to be able to leave my bag with them for a few hours after check-out to stroll about the city once more.

The walls are quite thin, and I can't rate down the hotel for having nuisance neighbours, but the first night we could hear the person next door snoring quite loudly, the 2nd night, the couple next door had some 'fun' and it was very audible, meaning we could hear everything in our room. Having to put a podcast on just to drown out the noise from our neighbours. From the sound, I assumed the beds were close by, so maybe change the rooms around, so the beds aren't either side of the wall.

The room was beautifully decorated, the bathroom was lovely, and the shower was great! The bed was extremely comfortable, and a good size. We loved the hotel, and was perfect location to explore Bournemouth. Once we finally fell asleep, after having to drown out the noise from our neighbours, we slept very well and comfortably! Loved coming back in the evening and the room was cleaned beautifully and thoughtfully.

The bathroom of the room that I booked was external (it was private, though), and it is quite unconfortable, also risking you leave your keys in the bedroom and can look yourself out. It doesn't say it in the room description. That won't be a problem during the reception openning times, but becomes a problem when nobody is in the reception (I say this because it happened early in the morning to other of the guests during my stay)

Located in a very quiet area, close to town centre and seafront.

Could of done with a heater in the bathroom. Did not like talking through a glass partition on our arrival at the reception.

We stayed one night while attending a show at the BIC. Very convenient for this. The room was comfortable and staff were friendly. We paid extra for breakfast and thought it was good value.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We had to move rooms due to a small leak. Comfortable rooms/beds. Bathrooms were small but with great showers. Standard of cleanliness was very good.

I stayed in a single room where the private bathroom is across the landing. If I was to stay again I would choose a double room with an integral bathroom.

The hotel is decorated to a high standard with a lovely garden, restaurant and common area. The staff are friendly and professional. The breakfast was a good price and enjoyable. The hotel is in a good location for both the beach and the centre of Bournemouth.

Nothing it was a perfect stay!

Lovely friendly staff (family?) who run the hotel. Very helpful and friendly. Had a shed to store our bikes. Sunny garden to enjoy an evening drink or morning coffee. Comfortable, smart, clean rooms and beds.

It was very clean and Tidy. Bed was a good size. Plenty of hot water. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The room felt a little cramped, we were there sadly for an inquest not a holiday and didn’t want to mingle in the lounge area and weather not good enough for the garden

It was conveniently located with a parking space and was clean and comfortable . It was quiet at night and staff friendly .
