Close to the Octagon Centre where we spent time during the Street Choirs Festival and also to bus routes in to the town. Very warm, clean and beautifully presented and decorated apartment with everything we needed for our two night stay.

Beautiful apartment with its own parking spot in a residential area of Sheffield. A 15 minute stroll to city centre, part of which is via a lively street with bars and coffee shops leading to the Town Hall and main shopping area. Owner very helpfull allowing us to use parking space after check out.

Not a negative, but Just a thought, might be an idea to make it a one bedroom with a lounge and bed settee instead of a two bed.. think the same fee could be charged.. or put TV in one of the bedrooms.. would like to come and stay with my husband and son to visit the oldest one in uni but the kitchen diner wouldn’t be big enough for the three of us to watch a film together and chill out. My eldest and I really enjoyed our stay, was very clean, very comfortable beds, fabulous bathroom, and especially enjoyed the facilities and the fabulous coffee.

Fabulous location to pick my son up from Sheffield University! Enjoyed everything! Parking was a massive bonus, which is difficult to find in Sheffield!

The house itself was lovely. Very clean, tidy and spacious with everything you could need to cook your own meal if you so wished. Plenty of cutlery and crockery, with some condiments available as well as cooking oil and some milk and eggs in the fridge. A nice touch that made our stay a little easier considering we forgot our own milk. There were shops nearby which had everything else we may have needed so we were more than happy here. You can be inside the Peak district within 15 minutes by car which suited us perfectly as that was our ultimate reason for being here. A little cramped in the living/kitchen area for more than a couple of nights stay, especially if more than 2 guests. But fine for a brief stay.

Great facilities, very thoughtful to leave milk, bread, cereals and OJ for breakfast. We were late arriving but still cheerfully met by the owner to settle us in. The bedrooms were beautifully presented and roomy too.

There was a beautiful big bath, but I couldn't get the water pressure to stay high enough for long enough to fill it. In the smaller of the double bedrooms there was noise from when - I think - someone in another apartment ran a hot tap, and I found this a bit noisy when trying to get to sleep. (Terry is on both of these things!). There is a massive TV but it didn't get terrestrial TV and the rugby was on! (but you can get Netflix on it) There's only a small sofa - so if you want a 'lounging round in the living room' sort of place, this is not it - but the large bedrooms more than make up for that.

An amazing location, close to the university and a quick walk into the city centre, but on a quiet street. The apartment was probably the cleanest place I've ever rented - immaculate! The whole place is beautifully done out, with very comfy beds and a lovely bathroom with a decent, spacious, shower and toiletries. Plenty of towels and a really well provisioned kitchen - every utensil you could need, twice over! Good range of tea and coffee, and milk and eggs in the fridge. Landlord Terry was super friendly and helpful, and communication was good. A parking space and free on street parking at the weekend. Great for a night or two's stay in the city - and not far to get out to the peaks. Close to parks, and a great pizza place - Napoli Centro - just round the corner.
