Clean, cheap, parking in the back, good spot regarding beach and town. If you are spending more time outside and need just a place to sleep and shower, it's perfect. It's not 5 star luxury, but I wasn't aiming for that. I will be using it again.

Everything I needed in the room including a microwave, fridge and dining table. Big windows that you can open wide (it was super hot my first night). Nice homely touched like plates, cutlery and washing up liquid provided. It was quiet throughout my stay. I was welcomed very nicely by a staff person and had a chat about Folkestone. Also, Dino was available on WhatsApp and texted all information required.

United KingdomUnfortunately a faulty fire alarm caused a disturbed nights sleep on our last night.
Very conveniently located to access the great Harbour and Creative Quarter by foot, just a 5 minute walk to both. Car parking behind the property was an additional and welcome benefit. Room was a nice size, toilet/shower room was bright, clean and adequate. Staff very helpful via WhatsApp messages to facilitate easy remote check in and obtaining additional towels.

United KingdomBadly needed a hoover, I can cope but some wouldn’t. Polycotton sheets a bit hot even outside of a heatwave for me. No bedside light or anything except a bright white fluorescent above. For £33 a night in mid July with no doubt Covid related challenges for them I was happy enough, at twice that currently listed I wouldn’t tbh.

United KingdomOne of the neighbouring houses has a rooster, who started crowing at 4.20 each morning and carried on for a few hours at regular intervals of only a few minutes. This meant it was impossible to get any sleep after this time. It isn’t the fault of the property, but it was right outside our rooms. Also, I failed to see the parking notices outside saying that it was permits only on the street, as they weren’t directly next to or opposite the property, so received a ticket. There is a car park around the back though. Again, not the fault of the property but it is important to be clear on that
Great location near to the main harbour with bars and restaurants all in walking distance, and convenient for getting to the train station or into town. The area is a little run down but it felt perfectly safe when out and about. It was excellent value for money - four of us stayed in the apartment and we had our own rooms and an area including a kitchen stocked with plenty of cutlery and crockery, some pans and it had an oven, hob, microwave etc. It really was very convenient. Dino was very responsive via text and sent loads of information through; a very good host

Dino our host and his manager were very accomodating..paul could not do enough for you.. It was nice and quite, with a big lounge where you could meet other guests if you wished.. a kitchen to use with all the neccesary appliances.. very happy with our stay.. would stay again..
