Nothing. It is a hotel I would recommend to anyone who wants an extra special stay.

Everything was brilliant- the staff, the facilities, checking in, location - particularly the sky rooftop bar. The views of St Paul’s are spectacular. Extra special mention of the exceptionally helpful concierge team.

We didnt like our view, the window faces an office building. The workers could see everything we do, hence we drew the curtains at all times.

I loved the location, its right at the heart of the city. Great customer service as well. The executive lounge was great too!

The roof top bar staff could be more attentive and efficient. They seem to struggle with ~70% capacity despite having at least 5 staff members at / around the bar.... Plus, you need to pre-book if you want to sit outside.

Excellent location, great staff, complimentary prosecco upon check-in, nice pool area, very comfy bed and rooms.

Would have liked a small fridge in the room. One of the lifts was broken so there was always a long wait. Would have liked conditioner in the showers in the room and in the gym.

Big spacious rooms. The gym and pool. Prosecco at check-in. Good breakfast selection.

We liked the most the hotel location. Just next to St Paul's Cathedral, and also very close to Millennium Bridge. Thanks to this, the travellers have an easy access to both sides of the river. Hotel is very clean, well equipped, with spacious opened atrium in the middle. The hospitality provided by a very friendly staff at the reception (Mr Abdul), and on a breakfast (Mr Nizaen) was exceptional.

Lifts were very slow as were reception staff. When trying to phone to room service or concierge or reception to get some water there was no answer, ended up heading out of the hotel for some,

The spa area / swimming pool had a lot of children in as it’s unrestricted at the weekends, I booked the hotel as many reviews said the spa was great. So if you’re looking for a quiet relaxing spa experience this might not be the one for you!

Great location. Hotel has everything you need comfortable and clean rooms.

The blinds in the room were quite sheer meaning the room remained quite light at night. There was drilling work being done at 8am

Only one elevator was functioning through the stay & caused problem in going up-down from room. Hot water was also suddenly shut down in the morning due to some technical fault, but this was not reported.

I have stayed in this hotel few times earlier also. Very conveniently located. Rooms are comfortable & breakfast has a good spread.

Location was beautiful right next to St Paul’s Cathedral. Loads of eating places around too. Easy access to Oxford street by tube. Check in was super fast didn’t have to wait at all straight to the desk. Friendly staff. Lovely place will stay again.

Nothing. Our first stay there and such a lovely experience that we can't wait to return.

Booked a Superior Twin Room as we were 3 adults. Very comfortable double beds, room size more than adequate, bathroom had separate bath and shower. Location suited us very well - very short walk to hotel from St Paul's Cathedral bus stop (took bus 76 from Waterloo train station to St Paul's and same bus to Aldwych Drury Lane for our West End Show). You can also catch from same bus stop buses to Trafalgar Square and to Victoria. Buffet breakfast catered for all tastes - plenty of choices and a cook was on stand by to cook individual omelettes with fillings of your choice. All the staff members we met were very attentive, friendly and took pride in making sure your stay was comfortable and you had everything you needed. Hotel itself is an extraordinary and interesting structure - all rooms, breakfast, restaurant, reception very well sign-posted as could easily get lost! Great indoor pool for guests to use which is included in the price of the stay. Spoilt for choice with many cafes, bars, pubs and restaurants nearby.

Complimentary drinks with no bottle opener, no decaf tea in the room. No explanation about the mini bar just could not open it. Not enough signage to the spa and that you have to use your swipe card to open the door to the spa. Please when you have music in the roof garden don’t have music in the restaurant as well what a noise, sitting eating a meal was a nightmare. A little more choice on the menu. If you are going to have a refurb change the chairs in the dining area it takes two people to move them.

The spa was lovely and staff really great. Saleh in the restaurant was smart and polite and Abdul in reception really helpful. Breakfast excellent. Staff really helpful, great view from the roof garden. Staff to help with your luggage Only a few steps away from St Paul’s
