No answer from room service throughout my stay which was frustrating. Breakfast to my room came with no cutlery , had to call restaurant as no answer from room service to receive cutlery and condiments. Waited 20 mins for cutlery and a further 15 mins for condiments, by then my breakfast was cold. Also I don’t believe the breakfast was worth the price, for £23 that they charge it is quite basic. Also, I ordered grapefruit juice but was told they had ran out so was given apple juice instead. Some of soap dispensers in my bathroom were empty upon arrival. When checking out at 11am only one lift was working which led to busy lifts and long waits. Also, the view could have been better as I could see directly into people’s back gardens and kitchens and see them very clearly. This reduced privacy. There were only five channels on TV which were not regular channels but odd channels so there were not great things to watch whilst in my room. It’s a shame that you are unable to connect YouTube etc… to the TV.

Nice spa facilities - very calming. Loved that you had 2 hour access each day and staff were very friendly. I had a decent view from my room. Room was very clean and great service at the restaurant / bar with friendly, welcoming staff. Efficient check in and check out. Appreciated the robes and slippers provided. Safe provided made me feel reassured leaving any valuables in my room. Overall, I enjoyed my stay , it was a lovely break at a nice, good quality hotel.

Out of the way , near a nosy road , would have preferred to be closer to Tower Bridge. no view from our superior king Room . There is no fridge in the room unless u paid a fee for it to be unlocked. lifts waited ages for.

Although I was told they would do all they could to get my daughter a good view - they made no effort and charged her extra for one abd as she is quite young I feel they took advantage of her by doing that

Unfortunately, we had to ask for our room to be cleaned several times before it was done, and it was not done to the standard I would expect from the price we paid to stay here (rubbish not taken out, dirty glasses not refreshed, used towels had be moved and hung up roughly, so we didn't know whose was whose anymore).

Great breakfast, lots of options! Very comfortable beds and decent sized room, Chromecast on the TV a nice touch. Pool area was lovely and relaxing, if the sauna and steam room were a little on the small side.

Met with passive aggressive comments upon check in. During check out they were going to bill additional £25 without explanation. When I asked why, they gave me no explanation and said not to worry about it. Made me feel like they were trying to scam me. Therefore - wouldn’t book again.

Rooms are nice and clean. Nice shower and bathtub. Great breakfast and breakfast staff. Location is nice with a nice pub across the street.

The spa facilities were extremely busy, would’ve been nice if it was more regulated like a booking system. Breakfast would’ve been nice if there were made to order coffees with alternative milk options.

A few items in the room was a bit worn, for example, the sofa. A couple of lights didn’t work one day. But it was quickly fixed. Housekeeping wasn’t consistent, it wasn’t always thorough.

The lift takes forever to collect you. We stayed on the 7th floor and was late to our spa booking due to the lift

Really upset that the facial treatment wasn't in the hotel. Because it was at the sister hotel my wife missed her appointment and lost £40 deposit. She had gone down to the spa only to find that it was somewhere else. My wife has a problem walking and couldn't get there. This was very misleading
