Great location, really comfortable and felt very luxurious and safe.

The information we were given about access on arrival was really poor. We were given a four digit pin which didn’t allow us access. It was only after we phoned for assistance that the person we spoke to explained that there is a fob in a dedicated lock box which gives access to all doors etc. I would suggest you provide this information in advance to prevent stress for your guests. When we were leaving we met a young h woman who was in the same predicament we experienced I.e. she had no idea how to access the premises.

Of no fault of the property owner there was a bit of noise coming from the streets outside but its in rhe city centre so it's to be expected

the hot water for a shower wasn't enough, it didn't matter what time we had a shower, after one person had a shower then it was just freezing water. also small niggle but the pans didn't work on the induction hob.

we loved the excellent location. the modern look and very comfortable beds, we were a family of 5 and plenty of room for everyone

The check in process was not good and the phone number provided didn't work. We couldn't get in the big green door at the entrance and were stood outside in the cold for a while before we were finally let in, tried to ring host but went straight to voicemail. Once we were in the green door it was fine, but everyone was having this issue unfortunately, don't think one check in went smoothly for them, as we were with quite a few other guests and then later on, people were asking us how we did it! When we arrived in the apartment, the floors were dirty and had hair from previous guests on them, not hoovered at all, the cleaner did then come back when we let her know that there was hair everywhere. There was also a wine glass missing, but they did rectify this for us and bought enough for one each. I think it is just new and needs some smoothing over with check in and cleaning.

The apartment was lovely and suited us perfectly, was about a 10 minute walk from everywhere we wanted to go and once we got in originally, it was then easy to get in and out.

When traveling, I always checked for cleanliness; especially the bedding and extra linen. The linen on both beds had not been changed and the extra linen in the closet was not folded on clean. It had been placed inside on top of dirty clothes that had been left behind. What bothered me the most was the response from the property manager or owner. I purchased new linen because I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping on the linen and I didn’t know how to work the washer/dryer combo. Their response, “You chose to purchase new linen for your own satisfaction, even though the bedding was already clean, just not up to your standards.” Had the he apologized for the mistake and offered to drop off fresh linen, my rating would’ve been much better.

The location and value were great. Everything you need is within 1000ft of the apartment.

Could have been cleaner and there weren’t many mugs/glasses/bowls etc. Noisy (due to city centre location).
