There is nothing I didn’t like.

I loved everything about the property, the layout of the property, the decor was stunning, I loved the colour scheme and I loved how everywhere you looked there is something interesting to look at. I liked the hosts, very friendly family who greeted us warmly, and offered looks of information about the area but still gave us enough privacy. Also loved the fact we could bring our doggy along with us to stay. The garden is lovely with two large trampolines for the kids to enjoy.

Didn't like the £200 deposit. The sofa bed has had better days and seriously speaking needs to be changed. There's a big dip in the middle and definitely would not support two people. To get hot water in the shower was fiddly. The bath towels really suited for kids and I think you should consider adult size towels - at least two. We were four staying (2 adults and 2 children) but the welcome hamper (which was welcome was setup for two!!). Beds were already prepared and chocolates on the bed was a nice touch.

I liked the quiet location - a comfortable 10 mins walk to town centre and another 10 min walk through the park to the beach. The property was nicely decorated but perhaps too many fragile arts and stuff about liable to be damaged with lively kids. Consider reducing decorations and remove the deposit requirement. Had I known about the deposit I might have reconsidered. Wasn't aware the washing machine and clothes dryer was communal but we only needed two washes and that was fine. Michelle was very helpful and the kids enjoyed the garden, particularly the pets Alfie the dog, Hope the cat and the bunnies Stu Pot. If you are a cook you will enjoy the fantastic kitchen.

It was a beautiful apartment with a lovely outlook straight on to the large garden with plenty of outdoor seating. We had everything we needed and the SuperKing bed was so roomy and comfortable. During the heatwave it was great to have the icemaker so readily at hand. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Honestly the loveliest home away from home I've ever experienced with our young children, and even our dogs too. The host/owner was wonderfully welcoming, kind, helpful, and went out of her way to make our stay perfect. The apartment and garden and whole surroundings were just beautiful. We extended our stay and still didn't want to leave! Tip: Hire their private beach hut for a beach day, SO worth it!

Absolutely nothing , it was a joy to stay there.

A basket of cereal, milk tea bags and coffee awaited us on arrival which was greatly appreciated . The property is really a home from home spacious comfortable and welcoming. Everything was spotless , the beautiful garden was enjoyed by both us and our miniature dachshund.

Excellent property. Interior decoration and facilities better than a five star hotel. One of the best self contained apartments ever. Owner has paid attention to detail. Top quality fixtures n fittings in kitchen & bathroom. Massive screen size smart TV with Netflix. Everything you could possibly ask for. Owner very nice, decent & helpful lady. I will definitely book this again whenever am in Bournemouth

the sofa bed is a little saggy so not great for two people, though sofa beds are generally not great.

Nothing we didn't like.

The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the town and seafront while being close to the dual carriageway for easy travel to other areas of Bournemouth. The accommodation was very homely, clean and well equipped. A lovely place to come back to at the end of the day to relax.

With the property - nothing of note. We did feel that the online check-in requirement of photo ID (Passport or driving Licence) was unusual and the implementation in our case was clunky and irritating.

The property really was a home from home. Everything you needed was there - and more besides. The decoration is totally unique and put together very tastefully. We did have a small problem with a slow shower drain but this was fixed immediately and everything else was perfect. Property was a short walk from the town centre with plenty of dining choices/activities. Wi-Fi was lightning fast. We met Michelle during our stay and told her we wanted to move in full time straight away. One (of the 3 TV's) was the biggest I've ever seen and came fully loaded with Netflix, Amazon and plenty more. Perfect & thank you.

only one shower. Sofa bed ok but nowhere near as comfortable as the bed. Communal washing machine & drier only takes coins .

Not alot to dislike

Nice, big and clean spacious apartment with everything you need for a short or longish break. Only a 10 minute walk into town and plenty of parking. The kitchen is amazing as is the extremely large bed. All in all, a fantastic stay.

Didn’t look so appealing from the outside at first impression but inside it was perfect for us .

Homely / family and cool and beautifully done inside , not disappointed at all and I will definitely be back ! The children and I loved it , it made our holiday , so nice to chill there .
