The stairs are very narrow and steep and a little bit slippery at the top as the carpet is a little loose. Also the stairs up to the sun terrace are quite tricky.

The location of the property is perfect, close to everything we wanted to see in Bath. Although there was no parking, the host helpfully pointed us to car parks and none were too far away. It is a cosy and quaint cottage and all the rooms are well presented.

Bedrooms have light window dressings which are lovely but allow light into rooms. Metal plates and cups not to our liking.

We were 4 adults traveling with big luggages the place was a bit tight so if your coming with small luggage this won’t be problem

A fantastic location on the edge of the city centre, with a gentle slope into the main parts of Bath. A quaint little cottage, with the space inside used very well. Immaculate decoration giving the home a tasteful feel.

As others have said, the staircase does feel a bit steep and precarious, which made me nervous about the kids. (Same is true, really, of the stairs to the outdoor space.) Nothing happened, but I wouldn’t recommend the space for families with small children or anyone with mobility issues. Perfect for others!

Cute cosy cottage! Ideal location, only a short walk into town and parking was not an issue as there’s local car parks. The house was absolutely gorgeous and had everything you could possibly need! Will definitely be returning!

The towels were quite small and there was no hand towel for the bathroom. A more absorbent bath mat would be good too. But that is being very picky!

Comfortable beds and bedding. Whole cottage was clean and decorated with beautiful items, including the mugs and glassware, with ice in the freezer. Nice little courtyard garden. Would absolutely recommend staying here, it was great for a couple of nights in Bath. Thank you!

The staircase was incredibly steep and narrow, had to come down them sideways, nervous of using them as no handrail, carpet on them too was slippery. House was very cold, couldn’t find how to turn the heating on, Spiral staircase in courtyard was very narrow and a bit wobbly on certain steps. Because we all felt cold, upstairs had the feeling of being damp The bath was quite high to step into, would be better if it was just a walk in shower. Also found the floors too slippery to have rugs down, we placed them to one side during our stay.

Location was very good. Nice idea to leave eggs/ bread and milk, water, juice etc in the fridge on arrival. Nice assortment of info, couple of games for late evening Quite good info book

Parking facilities were about 15 minutes walk which I hadn't expected to be as far.

The accommodation was great - a super luxury cottage. It's very well decorated, 2 little balconies and good size rooms. For 3 people the size was excellent. The host had included coffee, bread, eggs for our arrival. A lovely little base for our trip.

I recently injured my knee so the narrow staircase was a bit of a challenge.

Excellent location beautifully decorated Primrose Cottage ! It was an exceptional experience. The welcoming atmosphere was thoughtfully planned out in every detail. It was as if you were on holiday with your best friend.

Whats not to like. Parking is pretty limited in the area but we actually managed fine without having to pay.

the decor was luxurious and the property well thought out. Tea coffee milk and other essentials were provided as well as staples such as pasta and rice. The courtyard was lovely and the terrace was the perfect place for a morning cuppa. Lots of info from the owners before arrival was very reassuring. Great access to major roads and the City centre
