It was a little tricky to find

The keylock needs replacing experienced difficulties gaining entrance and despite numerous calls to the host had to contact booking.com which was an inconvenience especially in the rain. Whilst the property is relatively new some renovation needed especially the marks on the walls and the cleanliness could be better cobwebs and dusty surfaces. All in all a great weekend was had.

The property is lovely and cosy and was easy to relax in. All the mod cons and high quality furnishings. Parking made it easy although a good walk into the city!

Noticed wiggly tiles in the bathroom floor and shower head was noticeably covered in limescale, but it didn’t affect my pleasure to stay there.

Nothing - it was great!

The property was very modern but still really cozy and comfortable. It was very close to Morrisons for food and supplies, as well as very convenient to bus to Bath city centre.

The sofa which is a sofa bed also was very uncomfortable. Shower is croded and drips. Water pressure isn't good from the shower. For a luxury stay I would expect t.v's in the bedrooms, at least the master bedroom. Beds were quite small especially the twin beds.

Communication from the owners was very good. Information was helpful. Kitchen equipment was good for a short stay. Second toilet downstairs was very handy as only the one bathroom upstairs otherwise.

lovely accommodation, clean, bright, modern, comfy, all utilities you would need for short stay and a lovely touch having a bottle of milk left in fridge for us upon arrival, free parking space right next to property, good communication email before arrival advising keys, wifi codes, location of different items within property and advice on heating etc

Only the fact the heating was inadequate

Our score would have been excellent, but for the fact that the downstairs was extremely cold, the only radiator was turned to 5 but was only felt just warm to the touch. It was inadequate to heat the room. We made use of the throws provided but we're still cold. .

While it was great to have a Nespresso machine, it was disappointing that it was blocked with used pods.

The property was spacious and everything was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and had plenty of pans to cook a meal. We were very grateful for the complementary tea, coffee and milk.
