    • Double Room - Disability Access
    • Stayed 2 nights

Tap to wash basin in shower / wet room only had one very high flow rate - seems like an unneccessary waste of water when you cannot control the flow.

Service and food were excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was in a separate annex away from the main building, with disabled access ramps. Very quiet. Plenty of parking spaces - some had EV charging points. The hotel is within a very short stroll of the castle, but there is no pavement immediately outside the hotel (on hotel side). You need to cross an occasionally busy road, but didn't cause a problem. Within 5 minutes walk of the vintage steam railway station - trains to Swanage about 20 mins run. Return tickets a bit pricey at £20.

All is good at this hotel.

What a nice discovery. The hotel is located within the village and a short walk from historic Corfe Castle. Hotel has it's own parking. Room was well appointed, clean, bright, well furnished and the bed comfortable. Bathroom with shower good and clean. The dining facilities for dinner and breakfast are excellent. Nice bar for a drink before dinner. We would go back in an instant.

Everything was lovely, would have liked a some less fancy meals on the dinner menu.

Breakfast was fine, freshly cooked. However the dinner menu didn’t vary and there wasn’t anything we particularly liked. Afternoon Tea was enjoyable.

Had to ask for extra milk as only 6 little tubs not sufficient. On two occasions when bed was made the bottom sheet had not been pulled across or smoothed over. ( not a big problem I was able to live with it but possibly another visitor would not be so happy

breakfast was excellent although my husband prefers continental. Room was very comfortable excellent facilities. Will certainly recommend and hopefully visit you again.

The cost of our stay overall was on the expensive side.

This is a beautiful place to stay and only regretted not having longer to enjoy it. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and stylish with everything we needed. Breakfast was tasty and vegetarian/vegan were well catered for. The building and surrounding area is beautiful and this is a great place for a special occasion.

A wonderful house in the middle of Corfe Castle and its only a few miles from all the sights, including Swanage and Old Henry's Rocks. Lovely lounge and bar with a fine restaurant. A great place to stay in sunshine and (as in our case) rain.
