Nothing about the apartment that was perfect, the walk from the car park area to the lifts could be a little better.

Very clean and modern in design, really nicely furnished and being on the 9th floor great views of Bournemouth and the sea. Had excellent communication with the host aswell who is very welcoming and helpful.

Lovely accomadation, helpful host, really liked that all the main streaming services were available. Well equipped kitchen (including a selection of teas and a Nespresso machine with a variety coffee). There was even a pint of fresh milk in the fridge which I thought was a nice touch

spacious with quality furnishings and kitchen appliances including top of the range cooker, dishwasher, nespresso machine. Apartment was on two floors with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. Great views. 2 car parking spaces were an added bonus as parking in Bournemouth can be difficult. The communication with Aneta was excellent and she responded very quickly to all queries.

Finding the key safe was abit tricky as there are loads of key safes in the same area. But it didn't take away from our stay

The property was clean and very homie. Close to loads of amenities in Bournemouth. The beach, funfair and aquarium were no more than a 10min drive. Aneta was very kind, responded fast to questions and was a great host.

Beautiful location, all amenities within walking distance so no risk in not taking food/drink. Fantastic views and a wonderful host! Can walk to the shopping centre in 20 minutes and the beach in 5 minutes

Just a little hard to access property from car park, but thanks to the host we did get detailed instructions which really helped.

This apartment was a hidden little gem with lovely views and was perfect for our weekend away. It was clean and comfortable and the location was good to reach the local restaurants and beach. The host was very good at informing us of how to access the property and ensured our stay went well. Would highly recommend this place as it has everything you need and in a convenient location. Will definitely go back again.

the lift to the 9 floor not working and had to ascend from 8th floor on stairs. the balcony was under repair and thus cannot access.

Impeccable attentiveness from Aneta, to the extent of complimentary, luxury hot chocolate being ordered in as a welcome treat (my friend and I aren't big alcohol drinkers). Accompanying this were a range of additional complimentary beverages, Nespresso pods and chocolate biscuits. The apartment itself was incredibly warm & cosy despite the autumnal weather outside and there was a huge television to enjoy the World Cup or a plethora of streaming services available. Free-to-use toiletries matched the high-end finishing throughout the bathrooms and Neom diffusers were a quality touch. Bedrooms were spacious and homely with plenty of scope to hang our clothes, though only one bedroom had a wardrobe. I travelled in a party of two and gated, free parking was both easy to find and really convenient, with various attractions in Bournemouth only minutes away. I'd highly recommend the apartment and would use again on any repeat visits to the area.

I can't quite figure out what we didn't like as Bournemouth has everything you would want, a crazy big beach, gigantic park, plenty of places to eat and drink, shopping centres. The main town felt a bit run down.

Facilities were excellent in the property, all very modern with 3 toilets, 2 showers, sky, big tv, modern kitchen with induction hob, fast heat oven, microware Lots of complimentary items left for us. Free parking with 2 spaces available.

I took a road trip with my daughters and stayed at 3 different locations, this was our last location. I have to say; we saved the best for last! The apartment was immaculately clean and beautifully put together. The location is perfect to get to the beach by foot and has plenty of places to eat. Aneta (the host) was very accommodating and ensured we had a great stay. She happily responded to all my questions and gave thorough instructions for finding the apartment and carpark. She also took the time to send links of places to visit and of interest. She is the perfect host that went above and beyond. I will definitely stay here again in the future.
