Very poor noise insulation, you could hear people in the next room, ambulance sirens and trains. The rooms are tiny.

First time we stayed, we booked the cheapest and the smallest room with no window. That was a bit claustrophobic but worth the money. Second time we stayed I managed to secure an upgrade which was nice. Best thing about this hotel is location. Paddington is great to stay in as there are great food places near by, train goes straight to Heathrow Airport, train goes to all the great things you want to see in London and it's in 1 zone so cheap. I also felt safe in Paddington.

Tiny tiny rooms. Knobs on the wall to hang clothes. Shower door wouldn’t accommodate a very large person getting in and out.

Room was reasonably priced, considering the great location. It was a standard sized room without a window. I knew this before booking so it was not a surprise. The lack of window wasn't an issue as we had air con and some nice mood lighting. Nice tv, comfy bed and the reception staff were very pleasant and always smiling.

The room in the basement and did not have any windows. The room itself was tiny! There was absolutely no space to keep my suitcase. The bathroom was tiny as well, the water would not stay in the shower. The biggest issue was the noise of the tubes. I could hear them most of the night and early morning. There was a massive queue to get coffee.

The location was perfect. It's a 10 minute walk from London Paddington, has a Tesco across the property and a bus stop as well. Check-in and check-out were super smooth and the property was super clean. The bed was very comfy and had usb ports next to the bed.

Level -1 Room with no windows. The room is just above the subway and noise is heard from trains passing underneath.

The hotel is very close to Paddington station. The room was clean, but small. The bed was comfortable. The staff are very helpful and kind. Breakfast is basic but good.

They unfortunately didn’t offer cots to use, which many properties do. No tea and coffee facilities in the room - although they offer free hot water but you have to go to the lobby. The green light on the fire alarm was SO bright above the bed it left a halo of light over half the bed. I lucky had some painters tape with me (a great baby toy on the plane 🤗) so stuck that over it. The windows are also not super sound proof, so you do hear the sirens going to the neighboring Hosptial occasionally,

The location was excellent for getting too and from paddington station. Clean, generous rooms. We stayed in an accessible room to have extra room for my portable cot for my daughter. It was spacious and clean. The tv had great on demand options and a chrome cast option.

The room was amazing for what we paid but it was on the smaller side, it was a very very tight squeeze to fit two large suitcases

It was so handy being within in easy walking distance to Paddington Station, that was definitely our favourite aspect. As well as the great breakfast places around
